TO OUR DEAR FOLLOWERS

It is with sincere hearts that we express our heartfelt gratitude for your support. We would however wish to clarify that this page is not an official Page for Ramatlabama National Artificial Insemination Laboratory & Training Centre but a private page that shares accurate and traceable information about artificial insemination in Botswana

This page was initiated with an intention to share accurate information about artificial insemination and the national bull program/directory that is available for all Batswana to improve their livestock. With that, we were hoping that our efforts may result in a collaboration with Ministry of Agriculture in order to ensure that both seasoned and aspiring farmers get real time information they need to improve their livestock, a dream that never materialized.

In light of the fact that our page name resembled an existing Government entity, which we are not. We were instructed to change so as not to cause any confusion. We will however carry on with our research so as to continue sharing all that we can, as well as directing you to the relevant departments for further assistance.

Once again, we value your support and hope our efforts have and will continue to add to your endeavor and that together we can improve our national livestock head.

Regards

Young Batswana looking to make a change.

In line with the Reset Agenda Pillar No. 3 of Digitalization, the Revised AI Programme will capitalise on the use of technology to improve efficiency and also to have significant contribution towards livestock development in Botswana.

The use of technology will also help to unlock opportunities in the global market space for Batswana. The Bull Directory offers a farmer a variety of breed choices of both local and foreign breeds. It is my hope that the investment that the Botswana Government has put in this initiative will bring desired results aimed at increasing the national herd and its quality which is in line with the National Vision 2036 of achieving prosperity for all.

Hon. Fidelis M. Molao
Minister of Agriculture
