Also completed Diploma in Culinary Art from NHTTI. Completed National Skill Certificate Course Cooking level one (1) & Baking level one to four (1- 4) BTEB. Successfully complete Food Hygiene & Sanitation and Baking course from NHTTI. I tried to improve my skill and experiences having various vocational and technical training long and short courses. Having a great opportunity and trained on ‘cake decoration and desert making’ from USA. I have learnt a lot when I was in industrial kitchen placement in Pan pacific Sonargaon. worked in Bakery & pastry kitchen, Pantry kitchen, Saucier kitchen, Cold kitchen, Butcher kitchen, Vegetable kitchen, Nan section & Bengali kitchen. Done photography, video editing, Microsoft office essential courses. Haven’t got enough opportunity to cook inside the kitchen properly while my mother was cooking. From that perspective, I have a dream to make my own kitchen. You could say, it was my teenage dream and convert my dream into reality. The time I was appreciated from different awarding body, it inspired me to do more and more for our community. I love to do food photography, interior decoration, dress design and travelling.
