BEWARE SCAM!

I received a phone call yesterday purporting to be from Amazon Prime- initially a recorded voice told me that my Amazon Prime account was to be renewed for an annual membership today for $99- if I did not wish to renew ' press 1 for the cancellation department'. A man clearly sounding like he was calling from a call centre with many voices in the background then proceeded to steer me towards a website to 'activate my cancellation'. He wanted me phone number so he could send the link. I asked him several times how I could be sure he was from Amazon, asked him to email me and he would just keep talking over me, it was when i asked what the website address was and it was clearly not an Amazon site that I would be then asked to download their software from that i called him out and said he was a scammer and how could he look at himself in the mirror whilst stealing from individuals and families and he immediately hung up.
This is a very sophisticated scam clearly operating out of a call centre (or cleverly with a call centre recording in the background)
There is another one that has been doing the round through facebook messenger appearing to come from your friend asking you to look at a photo or video with a link. Always question anything out of the ordinary sent from your friends and if in doubt ask them to tell you how you met or something else only that friend would know as they have likely been hacked.
Its a jungle out there but my advice is stay alert not alarmed 🧐

Hi all, why not join me tomorrow on the first day of a daily mindfulness challenge?
I have been on 4 of Manish of Sensational Intelligence's 30 day challenges and this is the first time he has conducted a daily challenge for a year.
When he isn't conducting his challenges there is a community of fellow students that have been meeting daily on zoom and practicing mediation together for nearly a year now.
Manish allows me access to his course in return for me managing his social media. II have a similar arrangement with a nutritionist at the moment, I’m coaching her in social media and marketing and in return she coaches me in nutrition.

The army, major corporations, health professionals and even the uk parliament (crikey dont they need it) use mindfulness techniques to manage stress, anxiety, depression and all those nasty side effects of the human mind.
I have faltered (its a lifetime of learning) but Mindfulness has helped me cope and manage with all the s**t life has thrown at me over the last 4 years
