Three day Santorini itinerary 🇬🇷
First things first, we def recommend hiring a quad bike, scooter or a car to get around as things on the island are a little spread out. If you’re not keen on the idea, there are also busses that can get you around town.
Beaches:
Red Sand Beach, White Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach. These are all relatively close to each other, with white beach being one of the harder ones to access, but definitely worth the visit!
Shopping:
Town Centre is in Fira. You’ll find heaps of clothing and accessory stores here, as well as some tourist stores for you to get your token souvenirs.
Food:
Hands down, our favourite meal on the island was at Ammoudie Fish Tavern. Their specialty is the sun dried octopus, which you’ll see literally hanging in the sun in preparation for your meal.
Solo Gelato for award winning Pistachio Gelato. They said it won a competition for the best in Europe, and we agree with that judgment.
1500 BC for a sunset dinner and the best sangria. It’s a little pricey but worth the views.
Lucky’s Souvlaki for the best Gyros on the island
Nature:
We did a hike to Skaros Rock. It’s a 6km hike that starts through town, taking you past the famous Blue Dome and Caldera Cliff Side.
The hike ends at a collection of castle ruins that used to be the town centre in the 18th century before Fira.

Can you still enjoy a rooftop bar in the rain? Most definitely.
If you’re a plant parent, you’ll absolutely LOVE this rooftop bar. Not only have they transformed into a winter garden, but the entire venue feels like a greenhouse.
They even have a little plant adoption situation going on 🪴

If you’ve ever wanted to hang out at Spooky Island from Scooby Doo, this is the place. It’s a Voodoo themed bar and let’s just say, you can feel the spirits. 👻🥃
A lot of the cocktails here come with theatrics and don’t ask us why, but there’s just something so fun about watching your drink get set on fire.

This viral sandwich is $59!! It’s Wagyu Katsu with Tonkatsu Mayo on toasted bread, and genuinely it was delicious - but let me know if you think it’s worth the price tag.
The rest of their sando’s are around $16 each, which means you can splurge a little and try a few! Our faves were the Buttermilk Chicken and the Strawberry Sando.

Putting the FUN in Funda! ⭐️
This venue is next in line to being Sydney’s hottest new restaurant. The vibes here are absolutely immaculate, from the DJ to the LED tunnel entrance, it’s like you’ve stepped into a night club.
For food, think Korean street food, with a little extra flair. We absolutely inhaled the Rice Cake and Sausage Skewer, plus the Seaweed Rolls. They’re a must-order, so don’t even THINK about skipping these bad boys.
The dishes here are full of flavour so make sure to get the Ho-bbang rolls to scoop up all the extra sauce.
We’ll let you decide on the mains, but if we were to suggest anything… it’s definitely the Bibimmyum noodles. 🍜

Everyone knows how good a bowl of gin rigatoni is, but now imagine the sauce on a pizza. Literally, illegal, it’s a brilliant invention.
For crust, we def recommend the deep dish square crust just for something new, but the original thin and crispy base was the winner in our books.

Sydney is entering its sandwich era and I am so here for it 🥪
I literally can’t speak highly enough of these sandwiches. Stacked high with all the goodies, these sandwiches definitely bring the Italian vibe.
Here’s what we got:
🥪 Cotto
Made with ham,taleggio, honey, truffle, pesto and onion jam. This one was one of my favourites bc the honey was a genius move on their part.
🥪 Diavola
This is my fav kind of pizza, so I obv had to get it in sandwich form. The spicy salami and ricotta is a combo from the heavens.
🥪 Napoli
Anything with prosciutto is already a winner in my books, but when you add pesto?? It’s a no brainer.
🥪 Caprese
This is a good one for all the vegetarians out there, this was fresh af and loaded with mozzarella, tomato and pesto.

These guys have moved around Sydney quite a lot recently, and currently can be found in Erskineville… Honestly though, they could move to Mars and they would still be a loyal customer.
Our top two faves were the Cacio E Pepe, with an added burrata, and the Waterworld, which is a chilli prawn with pancetta. We also completely devoured the Rick and Morty, Joey Pepperoni and the Vegetarian Special.
I can safely say, with all my heart, that is is my favourite pizza in Sydney. You’ll find them in the rooftop of the @imperialerskineville from Wednesday to Sunday.

This was genuinely the funniest cocktail experience of our lives, and we had so much fun trying out these creative drinks. This was definitely an experience for the senses, sound, smell, taste, the whole works!
