The Gnarly FPV Sub Atomic 2 is a 2" incarnation of the Sub Atomic by the team at GnarlyFPV who are known for putting together some great micros. This build has just been issue after issue for me and unfortunately, I am at the point where I can't keep persisting with this build.

The Diatone Roma F35 doesn't follow all the rules of the 3.5" segment. Unlike the Emax Babyhawk 2 HD, Geprc Smart 35HD, BetaFPV X-Knight 35 and the Happymodel Crux35 - The Roma F35 is not an upsized micro, rather a 3.5" version of it's bigger brother, the Roma F5.

Since the Emax Baby Hawk 2 HD defined the 3.5" segment, others have come to market with their adaptations. BetaFPV X-Knight 35 is the one you want to buy if you plan to keep Sub 250grams. It does all the right things in terms of frame design and sticks to the established recipe of 1404 3800kv Motors, 4S 700mah / 4S 850mah and is equipped with DJI through the Caddx Vista. Although it comes with the Nebula Polar camera. Whether you buy this quad as a Bind & Fly, which offers ExpressLRS and Crossfire as options, you won't be disappointed. It's a solid choice when you consider it fixes the flaws of its competitors, such as the previously mentioned Babyhawk 2 HD and the new to market GepRC Smart 35 HD. Although, I have also pre-orded the Diatone Roma F35, it arrived yesterday and I can't wait to rip that, so stay tuned.

This is BETAFPV’s second entrant (or go) at 3.5” quads. It’s called the X-Knight 35 but doesn’t have anything to do with the former X-Knight quads. They should have called it the Asteroid 35, and gave the X-Knight 35 moniker to the 2021 Twig which would have been easy to distinguish. The frame overall isn’t bad, they’ve just made some strange design choices on it. Video coming soon! Subscribe, link in my bio!

The Flywoo Firefly Baby Quad is meant to carry an insta360 Gro or De-cased GoPro and is used as a pocket cinema camera, running 4S with 5,500kv motors it certainly does the job but isn't fun for ripping around. I bought the Flywoo 1202.5 11,000kv motors and strapped myself in for an insane ride. This motor upgrade brings the Firefly alive and makes it more like a Hornet.
