Today FoodLogic welcomes Mark Stone
I was fortunate to have chatted with Mark Stone earlier this week, and I was reminded again how fortunate we are in this diverse industry to have such wonderful role models and mentors.
Mark is not only passionate about our industry, culture and food; he is a problem solver, and I am looking forward to learning more about his thoughts on innovation.
Special guest Brad Carson
So excited to kick off Monday with accomplished and award-winning Chef Brad Carson.
Currently living and working in Singapore, I am interested in understanding what led Brad to Singapore and the impact COVID has had on the foodservice | Hospitality Industry and, more importantly, how Singapore is navigating the recovery phase.
Brad's culinary journey has been diverse, working across the globe with many cultures and unique ingredients. He has an impressive resume and a wonderful story to share...
I hope an hour is enough time to cover all that we have to chat about!
Welcome Adam Moore lover of all things food
Today we have a special session where we will be delving into the exciting food culture which is taking over Penrith. Adam Moore who lives in Penrith advocates on behalf of the innovators and some have even referred to Penrith as 'Mooretown' because of how passionate Adam is. This session will be so exciting and a great way to learn about products which are being produced in the Penrith area.
Thursday's Special Guest is Fiorella Boretti
Fiorella Boretti has an in-depth understanding of international cuisine; this makes her role as Corporate Chef and Territory Manager at Sandhurst Fine Foods the perfect combination.
I am looking forward to chatting with Fiorella, and I can't wait to learn more about her culinary journey and what other than Sandhurst Fine Foods she loves about Australia.
