Its a effort to bring more and more people towards fitness. Fitness is something which should be a part of everyday life. You will be surprized that even 30minutes a day can make a huge difference in your life, it can be anything, weights, a light jog, cardio, kick boxing or even meditation. Saying that i am busy can not do this is just a excuse! Are you waiting for your Doctor to tell you that its time to start some kinda exercise, as your fat levels are out of control? Dont hit that stage because at that time it will be hard to push yourself as your body will be having lot of issues and stemina will be down as well.
