Think again: https://ia.acs.org.au/content/ia/article/2023/cba-fined-for-sending-65-million-spam-emails.html?ref=newsletter&deliveryName=DM18400 CBA has just been fined $3.35 million for sending emails without an easy unsubscribe facility. Either there was no unsubscribe feature, or it required the user to login.
If CBA were using Enudge, they wouldn't have had this problem!
