The pre-production process is so vitally important to a successful shoot. I don't know if it's just me, but I use this time to get a feel for the gear and all it's settings so I can go straight onto set knowing my levels and frequencies, just in case of last minute changes.

Belize City, Belize; this day wiped me out. Going from the unbelievable cold of Columbia to the humidity of South America was a hell of a seachange! Just another day on The Amazing Race ^_^

The Amazing Race took us to some pretty incredible locations, and this was certainly one of them! I've never been so cold in my entire life 🥶

Santorini, Greek Islands. Unbelievable view from the Cable Car, not so great journey up the 500 steps to get back to the top 🥵

Absolutely wild electric atmosphere in the evening in Chefchoeun! It was such a 'pinch yourself' moment

Building snowmen in the mountains for The Amazing Race AUS ⛄️
