Inner Monologues:

This exercise enhances your ability to communicate emotions physically and connects you more deeply with the internal life of your characters.

Choose a specific emotion or internal conflict (e.g., guilt, excitement, indecision).
Without speaking aloud, perform a monologue using only your facial expressions and body language to convey the emotions associated with the chosen theme.
Allow the audience to interpret the emotions without verbal cues.
Afterward, discuss with your acting coach or peers to gain insights into how effectively your internal emotions were conveyed through non-verbal means.

Do you want to practise a little bit more your acting skills? Try with this exercise:

Character Walk:

-Have each actor choose a character they've been working on or a completely new one.
-Ask them to walk around the room as if they were that character.
-Encourage them to pay attention to the character's physicality, posture, pace, and energy.
-Experiment with different walks—confident, hesitant, determined, carefree—and observe how it affects their mindset.
-Have actors share their experiences and observations with the group, discussing how the character's walk influences their emotions and thoughts.

This exercise helps actors embody characters physically, promoting a deeper understanding of their roles and improving their ability to convey character traits on stage.
