It's that time of year where the Llamas will be participating in the annual Take48 competition hosted by Sydney Underground Film Festival!
Here are the teams fighting out of the Llama corner!
Team A:
James Dudfield returns after bringing home 2nd place last year with his visually striking short film "The Baker's Wife". James is bringing the heat this year with an all-star crew aiming to bring home the bacon!
Team B:
Nitzan Hanin blew everyone away with his laugh-out-loud comedy "Don't Miss Whippy"! This year Nitzan has regathered his team and is ready to come up with god knows what! One thing is for sure, never underestimate The Nitz!
Team C:
Hassibullah Kushkaki last year put together an all-out chaotic piece of arté "PTSD: GRANDMA". This year Hassib has decided to step it up with getting way more actors than needed and booking Fremantle Prison as the shooting location! There's only one rule on this team, embrace the chaos!

We are planning on having a full blown dance party to capture the mayhem that happens in the heart of the dance floor. We are looking for extras that love to dance and don't mind having a good time.

The Garden in Leederville - Upstairs Terrace
This group will be people hanging out on the terrace. As the scene cuts from the dance floor to the terrace, we are dividing this film shoot into two areas. This one will be more laid back where all you have to do is fill the background and smoke prop ci******es or v**e if you like.

MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROJECT
Project:
The Pregame - A pilot web-series about alcoholism during your early 20's. As most of us grow up, we experience a lot of mayhem in our early 20's finding alcoholism to be normalised during this time period. This project is aimed to shed light on how childhood trauma has a direct correlation towards the decisions we make during these youthful times.
Progress:
We have already filmed ~60% of Season 1.

What is the scene about?
The main group of friends find themselves at a morning diner trying solve the mystery of the missing drugs.
The group of friends discuss the wild events of the night before as they get surprised from a blast of the past (a person they met the night before)
It all goes HAYWIRE as the group of friends is now asked to leave.

We are shooting this as a pilot season that we will pitch for funding. This is an UNPAID extra call.

We are so excited to announce the World Premiere for our feature film "I Hope This Will Fix Me" at the one and only WA Made Film Festival!
We are so excited to be a part of the festival! Big shout out to Matthew Eeles and Jasmine Leivers for putting together a platform where local filmmakers can get together and share their work!
And to make it that much more special, we also have a World Premiere for a short film "The Man In The Red Pants"
This was a short film that was written by Liam Govan and produced by Dolly Llama Productions!
We are also excited to announce that we will be releasing teasers and trailers for both films on Sunday at Life In Leederville | Episode 2 Premiere!
