Dear friends, I'm thrilled to be sharing this inaugural episode of the @connectcuratecreate (CCC) Podcast, straight out of Launceston Tasmania! The show features fragments of my own work nestled beneath each episode's intro and outro as a the theme tune! More importantly though, I should let you know that @timunderscorebutcher , is a friend I have had the privilege to get to know recently as our creative pathways crossed on social media. He is a true Polymath, Photographer, Ethnographer Author and Academic, but most of all he's a super sound guy - the startup founder of CCC, and someone I could talk with for days! I set myself several creative objectives this year, and this collaboration ticks one of my goals beautifully. Tim's recent book Creative Work Beyond Precarity (learning to work together) which I got to read recently, underscores our contemporary creative situation and environment perfectly in my view. And I know this podcast is set on a course that will get straight into the heart of this fascinating subject.
