Well it couldn't have happened to a more corrupt criminal loser.

Chief Rolle is about to get booted onto the street.

The new manager hired a consulting firm to find a replacement for Chief Rolle.

Guess Harold Ford couldn't beat the faux race-baiting drum hard enough to save his friend.

I'm betting that Rolle doesn't last through October.

Now the question is what other losers and criminals are on the chopping block? Scott Kennedy, Fernando Morales, Garland Wright...

Only time will tell but HPD is about to get the e***a it has so badly needed and deserved for decades.

Who didn’t already know that Captain Fernando Morales was a clear and present danger to our community, who protects sexual predators?

And we busted Morales in another big fat lie, in his efforts to protect a sexual predator.

When asked why an IA complaint that was filed in November 2023, didn’t get an IA case number (i.e., 24-000002) until March 26, 2024,
Morales stated in writing that Homestead PD went through a change in computer software and that “Once the system became operational, this case was imputed generating the case number.”

However, public records I received today shows that previous case number 24-00001 was generated on February 19, 2024.

So obviously, the system was operational, and Morales lied about why the 2023 complaint got a 2024 case number in March of 2024.

What the timeline shows is that the victim who filed the complaint began to raise a stink right before March 26, 2024, and after he had spoken with the Mayor and Manager and they went and spoke to the police department, Morales then generated a case number, to hide the fact that he did not plan to investigate Detective Pedro Perez abusing his authority to sleep with women.

We have not stopped looking at this abuse, and we will not be silent because Morales wants to protect criminals.

What's causing a fish kill in the Everglades?

There are currently thousands of dead fish in the Everglades where Aerojet ca**l meets the other ca**ls and the pump station.

This is behind Homestead Airport.

Sources inform us the pumps havent ran for months, and in the last week there was some chemcial spraying done.

Not sure how this is related, and or how it may affect our clean water supplies.

Regardless, a travesty is happeneing and we deserve answers.

Naomi Feinstein at the New Times did another article on HPD's sexual predator Pedro Perez.

It also appears that Perez hasn't just gotten romantically invovled with one domestic violence victim, but may have done this regularly.

The way some predators like Pedro Perez, who are on the friends and family plan, are protected shows great disdain for the public safety.

Hopefully before next year the protectors of bad behavoir, i.e., Chief Rolle and Captain Morales, will be relegated to the dustbin of history.

Great News!

This morning all false charges against Homestead Police Officer Manny Figueroa (pictured) were dismissed.

Officer Figueroa is an honorable police officer who was relieved of duty five years ago, based on a vendetta carried out by Captain Fernando Morales because Figueroa wasn’t a “yes man.”

Congratulations Officer Figueroa, please remember that the community fully supports you.

It is disgusting to think that Captain Morales, who is altogether a giant piece of trash, targeted an honorable man who served this community with dignity, while at the same time covering for the sexual predator that is Officer Pedro Perez who continues to roam our streets and prey on abused women.

IA investigation into Pedro Perez has concluded.

This is the detective who has been accused of arresting men so he could sleep with their baby mamas who are alleged victims of domestic violence.

The IA investigation was sustained. The punishment? 3 days suspension without pay and demotion from detective to uniform patrol.

It was claimed that Perez only made a few texts to one of the victims. However, over a two-week period he had 461 texts exchanged with the victim.

Some of these texts were about kissing and meeting up for an escapade. There were also texts about planning the time of an arrest to achieve the most benefit for the victim.

Seems the victim was all about Perez, until she found out he was a married man.

What are your thoughts about a cop arresting people, then playing hero to the victim so he can get into their pants, while not informing these women that he is married?

My biggest question is if his wife knows all of this, why is she still with the scumbag?

It is hard to imagine it getting worse than yesterday, but here we are.

Today Lucero told me that she had sent an updated invoice at 1pm, then when I told her that was false because I had not been emailed, she then claimed that she didn't say it was sent to me.

Well then who was it sent to, and why the hell would I care?

Is she that dumb or just gaslighting me?

I swear she has to be either someone's relative or side piece.

PSA: Critical Infrastructure Warning

Remember all of the really fun blackouts and flickering electricity?

Did you know that was just the tip of the iceberg?

Oh you didn’t, no one told you?

Yeah, the new Manager must be feeling a lot of that these days.

Former manager Gretsas was about spending money to make a legacy, kicking every can down the road to fund it, robbing from Petter to pay Paul, and the old council gave him the greenlight. Then you got his lackey Kate McCaffrey, followed by the follower of followers Jerry Estrada.

It isn’t just the traffic congestion that was the problem, that is just a minor symptom that you see daily., that affects your quality of life.

Thank God Homestead now has an experienced professional engineer, who is not a token hire like Rolle, and has a specialty in the problems making him likely able to get the job done.

Ok let me digress and remind you again, your water and sewer are beyond capacity and have ZERO redundancy, period.

If a single errant digger hit a pipe, you may not have water, your toilet may not flush, and would back up into your shower, or all of the above.

We reported years ago how the water pressure was a problem, and if it goes below 25 psi the lines need to be flushed, where the former kept occurring, but the latter never happened. No action was taken. How is your water pressure at peak hours?

Don't forget you have a nice parking garage you don’t use, and empty retail space.

If anyone can fix it, I expect it to be the new manager Dr. Zerry , and pray that he can for everyone’s sake.

One cannot envy the literal “$hit $how” Zerry has in front of him, literally and figuratively, on every front.

I bet if they build some more residential housing and rename some buildings and roads it will help.

Found another instance of a WSH attorney doing what we regularly see WSH attorneys doing, i.e., violating ethics, rules, and/or laws.

WSH attorney, David Tolces, abused his authority as a local government attorney to manipulate a bidding process.

Tolces was found guilty of ethical violations and fined $2,500.00.

One has to wonder if WSH attorneys have done essentially the same thing in Homestead to keep their contracts?

They clearly lack morals and ethics in other areas of the law.

I recently informed you of my newest public records lawsuit against Homestead and its Attorney, Matthew Pearl:

Apparently, Pearl did not want the case to be heard in front of the Honorable Jose Rodriguez. So, Pearl moved to have the case transferred to Judge Migna Sanchez-Llorens:

I could not understand why Pearl wanted the transfer so badly that they would lie on every substantive point of their motion. These lies were clearly pointed out in my response in opposition:

The Administrative Judge originally decided not to transfer the case, then after Homestead Attorney Matthew Mandel made a few more outright lies as well as critical omissions, the judge reversed course and issued the transfer.

That led to some public records research, and low and behold we found the smoking gun!!!

Attorney Pearl reviewed and approved a contract for $24,500, just below the threshold requiring council review, to the law firm of Shutts and Bowen:

A little further digging and we find that Rene J. Gonzalez-Llorens is a law partner at Shutts and Bowen:

Lastly, Rene is the husband of Judge Sanchez-Llorens, and now we know why Pearl went judge-shopping specifically for thus judge.

Houston we have a problem.

Under Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, Rule 2.330(e)(2) a judge whose spouse has more than a de minimis economic interest in the City of Homestead, is clear grounds for disqualification.

I sent Pearl an email and copied his colleagues as well as the Mayor, Council, and City Manager:

Let’s see if they move to have the transfer reversed, or if they force me to move to disqualify their chosen judge.

Why don’t they want you to see Khawley’s deposition video? Is it because Khawley committed perjury in relation to his actions which led to the deaths of three children?

City Attorney Matthew Pearl decided he wanted to help illegally withhold public records from us.

Pearl also lied to the City Council and mislead them into believing that a court order blocked City from producing the deposition video of Ryan Khawley.

It is our understanding that Khawley committed perjury and lied about the reasons, he chased three kids into a ca**l killing them.

So I had to file yet another lawsuit, this time putting Pearl dead in the crosshairs.

Homestesd PD is in the news again.

Naomi Feinstein from the Miami New Times did a great job covering the story of Detective Pedro "Pete" Perez.

Perez is alleged to have arrested men so he can have romantic relationships with their women.

If any of this is true, and I beleive it is, he should be stripped of his badge immediatey and prosecuted.

The swearing in ceremony and recpetion for the new Manager, Dr. Zerry Ihekwaba, was very nice.

Many people came out to show him support including 10 Miami-Dade Judges.

Its clear who Harold Ford is a mouth piece for.

For some reason Chief Rolle still thinks he is in charge of the City.

Last week I gave City an extension to provide the videotaped deposition of Ryan Khawley, so we could see him commit perjury under oath.

We already know he falsified his official reports, which is felony official misconduct, FS. 838.022(1)(a).

How long can his brother-in-law, Captain Yanko Rodriguez keep covering for him?

When is Chief Rolle going to fall?

Three children are dead, and City is again illegally withholding records.

I made it into another Miami New Times article!!!

Coincidentally my first publisher, Carlos Miller, from Photography Is Not A Crime (PINAC) fame wrote it.

Carlos did a great job detailing the ongoing saga into a short synopsis.

The one correction I have is that I was not a**lly probed. Stripped searched and utterly humiliated, yes.

Now to see if the 11th Circuit upholds the trespass as being a violation of my First Amendment rights.

This is a very important issue for many Americans, so let's hope they get it right.

BREAKING NEWS!!!

HPD officer Diego Quiroga has been arrested for aggravated battery against his wife.

HPD officers arrived at the domestic violence scene, where Quiroga's wife had a cut on her face needing medical attention.

Allegedly Quiroga threw a phone and it hit his wife in the head.

However, HPD failed to arrest Quiroga.

Trust that if he was a civilian, he would have been immediately arrested.

Quiroga was arrested the next afternoon on February 29, at HPD allegedly by his supervisors.

But what if in the hours between the incident and the arrest, Quiroga attacked his wife again and killed her?

Where the IA Captain Morales?

Was Morales hoping to cover up this beating as well?

Will Morales ever be held accountable?
