"You're not broken. You may be wounded."

This is the message Peter McLaughlin, a hypnotherapist with over 70 million views on YouTube, wants everyone to hear.

After a diagnosis in 2003 (and a "maybe 10 years" prognosis), Peter discovered the power of tracing emotional triggers back to their root wounds. His insight?

When someone has an outsized angry reaction, the trigger isn't the problem. The trigger is an invitation to trace back to the wound that got touched.

In our conversation, Peter shared:
📢 How our subconscious treats old, unhealed wounds as clear and present dangers.
📢 Why fight-or-flight works great for lions, but terribly for relationships.
📢 The Law of Correspondence: "As within, so without"—what's inside you is reflected outside.

Whether you lead a , parent a child, or just want to understand yourself better, this episode will change how you see your reactions.

"The most important relationship you'll ever have is the one with yourself."

Rand Selig author of Award winning book "Thriving" shares so much in this episode of !

Rand shared a framework that challenged how I think about :
📢 We live in two worlds: Doing and Being. The "doing" world tracks titles, money, accomplishments. The "being" world tracks peace, fulfillment, kindness.

📢 Start with Being. When you focus on *who you want to be* first, then go *do*, you get less stress, more happiness, greater impact, and deeper fulfillment.

📢 Integration > Balance. Balance is a teeter-totter. Integration allows you to do multiple important things together.

Rand's clients call him because they trust his "hard-center" approach, relationships first, transactions second. No marketing needed. Just referrals.

If you've ever felt like success hasn't delivered what you hoped, this episode will shift your perspective.

In this new episode of Debbie Ausburn, Speaker & Author— , former social worker, and one of the leading voices in —shares the hard truths every , , church leader, , and youth-serving organization needs to hear.

One insight hit especially hard:

The second worst thing that can happen to organizations that deal with children is not have a child protection policy.

The worst thing that can happen, is to have one that is not actually followed.

In this episode, Debbie breaks down:

📢 why predators often appear charming and trustworthy

📢 how boundary violations are the real red flags

📢 why online grooming is one of today’s biggest dangers

📢 how adults can unintentionally mishandle a child’s disclosure

📢 and why children need the chance to fail safely in order to build resilience

This is not a fear-based conversation. It is a practical, honest, deeply important discussion about how we better protect children and support the adults responsible for them.

If you are a , , , , , leader, or simply someone who cares about kids, I hope you’ll listen.

This episode could change the way you think about safety, trust, and resilience.

"I don't want to spend one more day of my life doing something I don't absolutely love."

Those words came after Lori Kingsley lost both her parents to at the start of the . A devastating loss that became a profound turning point.

Lori had spent decades in the fashion and beauty industry—Donna Karan, L'Oreal, medical-grade skincare. A successful corporate career by any measure. But she felt disconnected from her creative roots.

So she left. And started making chocolate.

Now, Lori is a full-time resin artist, creating everlasting works of beauty through SSweet Life by Lori

Her story is a reminder:
🔹 The planted in your heart is there for a reason.
🔹 You don't have to quit your job to start—find the pockets of time.
🔹 Failure is part of the process. You learn by doing, not just watching.

As Lori says, quoting Dr. Wayne Dyer: "Don't die with your music still in you."

The #1 reason entrepreneurs fail to scale? They can't let go.

After building 10 companies over 40 years, Alison Maslan has seen it again and again. Founders stay stuck in the "doer" role long after they should be stepping into the visionary seat.

In my latest Back to Basics conversation, Alison shared the pivotal moment that changed everything for her:

She burned out so completely—working 24/7, controlling every detail—that exhaustion caused a terrible car accident.

That wake-up call taught her:

🔹 What got you here won't get you there. The skills that launch a business are not the skills that scale it.
🔹 Letting go isn't losing control—it's gaining freedom. The visionary sets the tone. The team carries it forward.
🔹 Don't do it alone. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Alison now mentors over 150,000 founders through Pinnacle Global Network. Her "Scale It Method" has transformed countless businesses.

If you're feeling trapped in your business instead of empowered by it, this episode is for you.

The bell rings once. Are you listening?

In this latest conversation, serial entrepreneur Alex Fredericks shared the most important lesson from his 30+ year career spanning , consumer products, , and now health tech:

**Opportunity doesn't knock twice.**

Alex has built an extraordinary life by paying attention to the "resonation", that gut feeling, that hair-on-the-back-of-your-neck moment when the universe taps you on the shoulder. He's also watched countless people ignore it, waiting for a sign that's already passed.

We discussed:
🔹 Why failure has never kept him down (and why it shouldn't keep you down either).
🔹 The difference between being an "artist" and "fitting the suit."
🔹 How his dyslexia became his greatest competitive advantage.

Alex's new venture, , uses 30 seconds of your voice to generate a wellness report—because, as he puts it, "your voice broadcasts your nervous system and physiology at all times."

If you've been waiting for a sign, this episode is it!

What if your voice could reveal what your body, and your life, are trying to tell you? In this episode, Growth Engineer Alex Fredericks shares how dyslexia became h…

“Who’s going to take care of you when you’re older?”

It’s a question that gets asked, often casually, sometimes judgmentally, to anyone who chooses not to have children.

But here’s the reality:
📢 25% of Americans are child-free.
📢 And most systems: financial, legal, even social, weren’t built with them in mind.
In my latest conversation, Maddy Roche unapologetically challenges the narrative.

Not having children isn’t a flaw.

It’s not selfish.

And it’s definitely not a lack of love.

For many, it’s a conscious, intentional choice.

But what struck me most?

Her perspective on success.
👉 Not everything needs to scale.
👉 Not every life needs to follow the same blueprint.
👉 And maybe… growth isn’t always the goal.

Maddy is now building a solution for a future most people aren’t even thinking about, creating infrastructure for those who won’t have traditional advocates at the end of life.

This episode will challenge assumptions you didn’t even realize you had.

For our host this was not a logical decision.
It was an one.
Years ago, when she started , there was no business plan behind it.
No content strategy.
No growth roadmap.
Just a feeling that she needed to start conversations about what really makes people tick.
Fast forward today:

💡 And one recurring theme keeps coming up again and again...Curiosity.

In her latest conversation with intuitive guide Mark Mezadourian, they talked about something that most leaders experience but rarely discuss openly:
Intuition.

Mark shared a simple but powerful way to recognize it:
📢 sounds like pressure: “I should… I have to… I need to…”
📢 Guidance feels expansive: Encouraging. Calm. Aligned.

His belief is that intuition isn’t a special gift. It’s something every human being already has.
The challenge is that most of us were trained to trust , , and external validation more than our .
Yet many of the most important decisions in and start with a quiet inner nudge.

For me, starting the podcast was one of them.
And I'm grateful I listened.

What if the most powerful leadership tool isn’t strategy… but a pause?

In this latest conversation on , Leticia Latino chats with Raz Patel — , , and , whose life has been marked by moments most people hope never to face: a paralyzing accident, a mini-stroke, and losing her family home overnight in a flood.

And yet, what stayed with us wasn’t the adversity.

It was her substance.

While there were MANY thoughts we loved from this conversation, on this occasion I will emphasize ONE, because is POWERFUL :

📢 "Never, ever forget where you come from and the values that you hold on to because that will allow you to pause and reassess your morals and values. And that to me always stays true.”

When was the last time you paused and intentionally thought about the values that make you, YOU. And how do they align with the life you are living?
