Paradox Audio Productions is a Brisbane based Music Production Studio that provides high quality recording, mixing and mastering services.

Paradox Productions is an audio production business offering songwriting, recording, mixing and mastering services. Adam Buckingham and Blake Chandler are a Brisbane based freelance production duo focused on providing their clients with the quality product they desire. Having worked with artists across multiple genres of music the team is fitted with the necessary knowledge to work with artists of

all styles. Whether it's Rock, Country, Metal, Hip Hop, Pop, or any other form of music, the duo aims to assist their clients in creating a piece of music that they can be proud of. Paradox Productions songwriting services allow you to take ideas and transform them into a fully formed musical composition. The team works closely with you to help achieve the artistic vision you desire - whether that be instrumentally, lyrically, or a combination of the two. Paradox Productions also provide recording services which enable your best performances to be accurately captured through the use of a range of professional recording equipment. Additionally, the team offers mixing services for material recorded with them as well as pre-recorded material. Throughout the mixing process, the team has Waves, Slate, NI, UAD, and a countless number of other professional plugins readily available to shape the track towards your aspirations. Mastering services are also available for online distribution, radio play and/or CD. Adam and Blake have both completed Diplomas in Audio Engineering and Sound Production and are further continuing their Bachelor studies at JMC Academy. Both have gained experience through writing for various artists as well as their own personal projects resulting in two diverse writing styles. Blake has been a part of multiple live bands which has influenced his writing style towards live instrumentation. Adam on the other hand, opts to use a large array of electronic MIDI based sounds. Between these two unique styles the duo are able to cater to any sound you desire.

It's been a long time coming but Chief Weapons new EP 'Faser' is out! This project began a few years ago and has gone through a bunch of stages with multiple recording sessions at a few different studios with lots of different production and mixing involved over that time. I've been working with Nathan and Brad for a fair while now and it's always a great time helping them put these crazy, massive prog rock productions together. Valhalla and Kastleytid are my personal favourites from the EP. Enjoy!

*Long overdue update*

This is a picture of myself and Adam from about 3 years ago. This was taken about halfway through our university degree and around the time that we decided that we wanted make our goal of creating a music production business a reality.

Adam and I came from quite different musical backgrounds. Adam was fairly new to creating music and was largely inspired by Hip Hop and electronic music whereas I had grown up playing in punk/rock bands. However, the main thing that we shared in common was our passion, work ethic and commitment to always putting 100% into everything that we did.

It's because of this, that over the past few years we have been able to work with so many incredible bands and artists, help create so much great music and build great friendships with so many of the people that have worked with us.

During this time Adam has also been honing his skills as a musician and songwriter and begun releasing his own music as . As of last week, Adam has made the big move over to Canada to begin his journey as an artist in another country and to continue creating great productions for people all over the globe.

Although this change means that our 3 years of working together is coming to an end, I am stoked and excited for what's to come for Adam in the years ahead. I'm proud of everything we've achieved in our time working together and am incredibly grateful to everyone who has been a part of our journey.

With all that said, I will be continuing to run Paradox Productions and am looking forward to helping create more great music in the future!
