2. REFUND POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
3.1 All customers have 24 to 48 HOURS to check the item after the shipment has been delivered. Kindly contact us for any issues within that time frame. A video of the product must be provided explaining why it is deemed defective. REFUNDS IN FORM

OF STORE CREDIT ONLY
BRAND NEW DEFECTIVE ITEMS
UAE BASED CUSTOMERS:
• If the same item is not available for exchange then a refund in form of a store credit will be facilitated minus the courier fee.
• The Shipping fee is non refundable
PHILIPPINES BASED CUSTOMERS:
• Since we do not charge any fees for all orders that gets shipped through Shared Boxes (UAE-PH) the customer will shoulder the shipping fee for the return.
• Shipping fee is non refundable
• For minor flaws such as dents/ small scratches and such we shall issue a store credit after careful evaluation of the pictures and videos sent to us by the customer.
• For damages that occurred during transit of package such as peeling of leather due to the heat or mishandling by the courier although these instances are out of our control Gabby's Luxury will still carefully evaluate the damage and will do our best to reach a possible solution with our customers.
•Kindly note that we are UAE based we do not have an office/partner in Philippines that can accept return items. The customer must provide us with return tracking number/air way bill within 14 days maximum otherwise claim will be considered as void.
3.2 WATCHES
• Battery issues is not considered as damaged. Kindly note that we did have these watches checked and everything went through quality control before shipping. Some might not have or is running out battery since these are stocked items. In order for us to keep our prices low we cannot cover the battery cost. The buyer can take to any authorized brand dealer for battery change, some will change it for free otherwise it’ll be changed for a minimal cost.
• Battery, glass, bracelet and normal wear is not included in your warranty. Warranties are only for mechanical defects.
• Kindly note that most of our watches are liquidation stocks and display pieces minor flaws and hairlines are to be expected hence why buyers get to purchase these watches at 70% to 90% off its retails price. Kindly familiarize yourselves with the brands and it's retail prices to know just how much you are saving.
4. For EXCHANGES and RETURNS of brand new items applicable to UAE CUSTOMERS ONLY
• Clients can ask for an exchange within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving their orders provided it is of the same amount or higher and should cover the shipping fee for return plus the new shipping fee of their new item.
•All items must be returned UNUSED, on its original packaging including tags. After receiving the product in good condition we shall issue a store credit minus the shipping fee of both ways.
•PERFUMES AND UNDERWEAR ARE NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE ITEMS
4.1 NO EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
4.2 Gabby's Luxury LLC has the right to refuse refund and exchanges if it doesn't meet the above requirements.
5. Customers are not allowed to open the shipment before handing the payment to the drivers. Call us directly on the number provided on our page if you have any issues and please let us not involve the drivers in any disputes. Courier services are outsourced they don’t work for the company.
6. CANCELLATIONS
UAE BASED CUSTOMERS:
• For any cancellations after dispatch client will not be eligible for future cash on delivery transactions. INTERNATIONAL/PHILIPPINES BASED CUSTOMERS:
• NO CANCELLATIONS after payment has been accepted.
• All Sales are final.
7. SUPER SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS are not eligible for refund. Since we are selling at cost/very minimal profit we cannot issue refunds for these items. An exchange maybe issued to a non sale item.
8. NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY APPLIES FOR PRELOVED AND AUCTIONED ITEMS. Flaws and minor damages are fully disclosed by pictures or shown during live sessions to the buyer before proceeding with the transaction. Therefore once payment has been settled the buyer has fully agreed and accepted terms of the sale.
