Never go for stormfibre. Few weeks ago I booked their installation with the agent name Syed Mubeen Babar and they take advance charges. After that they give excuses that team will come in two days, three days, tomorrow the team coming and they keep giving these excuses. I went to their head office and the receptionist response was not even good. I asked for a refund that I don’t want your connection as its already two weeks late and the connection not done at my place so they start saying it takes 20 to 25 business days for refund. What the hell is this? You take customers money furst before installation and when it comes to refund you think customer a fool. Never go for storm fibre. After more days they come to install connection and they put a break fibre cable that keep internet disconnect when I call their support agent lock my complain and its been three days no one come to resolve my issue and when I call back they told me the issue resolve and ticket closed. What the s**t they telling me no one come at my place and how is the issue resolved? Then suddenly their support member tell me other thing that the ticket was for net issues and now you have to launch a new complain for cable issue as your cable is broken, the thing is why they don’t tell me at first time and now they take more days? I again asked for refund and the same they keep excusing and even not resolving the issue.They had a very bad support, even not responsive at time to resolve issues as quick. They just make customer survive for weeks and still no resolution for the issues. There are some agents that keep message and make people to purchase stormfibre. Don’t go for stormfibre. Very bad service.
