A person doesn't become an Expert over night; it takes a lot of things to make an idea come to LIFE. I would like to share a bit of my experience as a music producer.

• The most challenging part for me was STARTING, I used to look around and see established producers making Hits, and I would say to myself, there's nothing that I can bring to the table worth competing with these guys.

• The second challenge I had was resources. Music production equipment is very expensive: monitor speakers, microphones, soundcards, headsets, plus software Plugins and presets.🙆🏾‍♂️

• When you're starting out as a music producer you commit 90% of your life to production, sleepless nights, Fatigue, Migraine, no having fun, no new drip, munga che muntu anafunta😂

WHAT SOCIETY HAS MADE US BELIEVE.

Men are believed to be heads of almost any institute yet women are subjected to be second in line. Is this statement entirely true?

The number of abused women reported keeps going up, yet for men it is in a ranging zone. There is no change for the latter. Are women the only gender being abused?

Almost no records are kept for men being abused or whose rights have been violated by women and yet men are currently going through gender based violence(GBV) in almost all parts of the world as well. The funny part is that each time they try to report about the matter, they are laughed at. Is it because men are believed to be heads and not tails? The possibility of a man being abused by a woman is one thing considered to be a taboo in society.

Is sexual harassment only affecting woman alone? If not. Then why are men or boys not reporting such matters? And if they are reported what has been done about it? Zambia to be specific.

Depression is real yet most men consider themselves to be immune against it. If not so, why do men die fast because of it? Society has made us to believe that men don't cry (Mwamuna sama lila eh society) as stated in one of Chef 187 song.Then why were both men and women created with tears to begin with?

Men have chosen not to speak out or express their emotions because most of them fear to be considered weak, as society delegates. They prefer to keep what they are going through a secret, and it keeps eating them up inwardly. Yet, for women it is the opposite. They cry when they feel hurt. As a result, women end up being happier than men. What society has made us to believe.

It's too dark in the UPND Government. Load shedding is the marking of the day. Yet they promised we won't experience this, but it's a different story.

The thought of it leaves me in anguish and sadness. The current Government has just proven its epitomai about that matter.
The current escalating issue of load shedding has led to different question marks in the minds of the people. Is this what we voted for?
Why won't the Government and Zesco Ltd disclose to the people the exact amount of electricity being exported? Are they exporting more and giving less to their own country? All these questions remain unanswered.
Despite giving an alibi that Kariba dam has low water levels, it is not the only hydropower station that we have. For instance, we have the likes of itezhi- itezhi hydropower, Lunzua, Chishimba, Lower Kafue Gorge, Musonda Falls, and Lusiwasi. All these working would guarantee us no load shedding. Of which they are. Do you know why we are experiencing load shedding? Because Zesco Ltd wants to meet the export demand based on the contract signed. What is the Government doing about it?
Zambia till date is still recognized as one of the leading countries in exporting hydropower. Yet its citizens are experiencing insane hours of load shedding. Why can't Government and Zesco Ltd reduce the amount of hydropower being exported to meet the approximated national peak capacity of 2200 megawatts?
Allegedly speaking, approximately 1160 megawatts can be exported. Zambia is still at a bilateral level with Namibia, DRC, Tanzania, Malawi, and South Africa, to mention but a few in the exportation of hydropower. Why can't the Government and Zesco Ltd sit down and rewrite their contract forms in such a way that it benefits both parties?
One Zambia One Nation are words only spoken and yet not acted upon. Why can't we put ourselves first before others? The current Government under the UPND has demonstrated the spoken part only.
No matter how much you may want to make 12 hours of load shedding dividing it into two(6 hours of load shedding) sound. It will never change the fact that electricity is being restored at inappropriate hours. And the people are complaining. A good number are losing their jobs. Learn to hear the cry of the majority, because it's them that brought you in office. Remember 2026 is not far.
