GET A WATER BOTTLE

Up your hydration! Get a bottle that's at least 2ltrs or more and ensure you finish it by end of day.
it will also motivate you to drink more water as you'll be moving with the bottle than getting up to fetch water everytime you're thirsty.

If exercise is new to you, start off slow and aim for a few workouts per week and then increase as you go. Also avoid starting and stoping, you slow down your own progress.

A Morning routine is powerful! How you start your day will determine how the rest of your day goes.

Start with either exercises, yoga, prayer, meditation, morning walk, listening to motivational speech, cleaning etc and see how it will impact your life positively.
