The world's largest ship called "Icon Of The Seas" is about to set sail in January 2024.

The ship manufactured in Finland by a ship making company called Royal Caribbean International will carry 5610 passengers and 2350 crew members.

The Icon Of The Seas is 5 times bigger and heavier than the Titanic weighing 250,800 tons while Titanic weighed 50,210 tons.

Thousands of people have booked tickets to be among it's first passengers.

5th picture: John Jacob Astor who was the richest man in the world with a networth of over 150, million dollars (around 10 billion dollars today) when the Titanic sank in April 15 1912. He was only 47 years old.

His grandchild is among the passengers of the ill-fated submarine.


The titanic is so historical that once in a while a debris from the wreck would break and wash ashore and be found by seamen.

A few years ago, 4 pieces of rusty metals from the Titanic were auctioned and bought for 160 million dollars.

In 1912, Thomas Andrews, the Man who designed the Titanic Ship Sank with it.

111 years later, the man who designed the Titanic Submarine has so just sank with it in 2023.

2012 AFCON WINNING LEGENDS TO PLAY ANOTHER EXBIHITION MATCH

The 2012 AFCON winning Chipolopolo Squad will in August face the African Legends to be led by Samuel ETO'O, DIDIER DROGBA and JAY JAY OKOCHA in an exhibition match.

The development was announced during a press briefing held by the Ministry of Sports and Kings of Africa Sport in Lusaka.

Kings of Africa Sport Chairperson ANTONIO WADEE said the August Exhibition game will feature some of the best African players.

WADEE has further announced that proceeds made from the Barcelona legends verses 2012 AFCON winning legends side will be announced in the coming days.

And Ministry of Sports Permanent Secretary KANGWA CHILESHE said the games that are being organized are an initiative to grow sports tourism and create employment opportunities for young people.
