So Destined for Greatness, one of the women coorperative group headed by Dreams to Reality Investments had their first disbursement of their village banking funds on Friday 18th December 2020. Apart from the money saved, they have invested in eucalyptus, pine seedlings and village chickens. This greatly impressed our DC, Mr Chileshe Bweupe who was our guest of honor. He further empowered them by donating some cash and promising to help find market for seedlings . It was such a wonderful event that ended with , motivation, praise and worship chaired by Mrs Evelyn Lumba who was our other guest.

Today was another special day that was packed with activities. As a member of Higher Achievers Women Association, we had 3 activities to mark the end of the year, first we had our Christmas brunch at Garden Court Hotel, then proceeded to Kitwe teaching Hospital, Zambezi ward to donate a few things for patients and then proceeded to Mama Waluse orphanage in Chimwemwe to deliver some groceries and food stuff to celebrate Christmas with them. I am very happy that I was part of a group of women who made many faces smile today. I was so touched by Mama waluse! Indeed if we all had big hearts like her, we would not have homeless people. You don't need to have much in order to help, you just have to be willing to share the little you have.

This morning and afternoon Dreams to Reality Investments joined DEC and Global Leaders in motivating, inspiring and warning against dangers of drug abuse to Parklands sch pupils that was organised by their school management. Things talked about were , a good name vs riches, character, career, money, drugs and living a self actualised life . # Our children! Our future!

Monday 23rd November was a day of field work, went to Chachacha and St Anthony to inspect on how the eucalyptus seedlings are coming up. I was accompanied by Mr Sichinga from Forestry Research Dept. His advise was timely and soon transplanting should take place. The women in the two cooperatives were happy we visited them.

Last week as Dreams To Reality Investments we visited Riverside forestry research dept and appreciated the young pine trees coming up. Later visited youth direction and trained them In making a gemination box for pine seeds. Planting Also took place on 4th July 2020.
