at the beginning of the national lockdown ive come to realise that there's another self within me that i discovered and this is how this record came about. im confident enough that you'll most definitely have a hard time picking your favourite from this upcoming EP 'Dear Kaapstad'. #afrohouse #tech #beats

Flashing back to the creation of this remix, this is one of the songs I had fun remaking and articulating it into something that has that distinct South African sound. The tricky part was knowing already how the melody needs to go but still couldn't execute it into something that fits well into the song. I think I've changed the melody structure a few times and eventually managed to secure 2 melody structures which can be heard in the song where its made of 2 parts (intro and body). The project has now been released and is out on all digital platforms for streaming.

August will be coloured with sound. Rock music meets House music SO to @yndianmynah for this opportunity
