CREAMY SPINACH:
1 bush spinach
15ml butter
125ml room of joghurt
1 desert spoon of sugar
A pinch of each: salt, pepper and nutmeg
15ml lemon juice

Wash the spinach thoroughly in a large sink full of water. Fine carving. Melt the butter in a medium-sized heavy tree casserole.

Throw the wet, carved spinach in the butter and stir fry until just tender.

Add the cream and let cook quickly to evaporate moisture and concentrate flavor. Seasoned with salt, pepper, nuts, lemon juice and sugar............
CREAMY SPINACH

1 ml of salt
250ml of milk
50ml maizena
Mix the salt, milk and maizena together.
50 ml room
250 ml of cheese, grated
250g spinach

Steaming the spinach half cooked. Add the half-cooked spinach to your milk mix and cook for 5 min over slow heat and stir often. Stir in the cheese and cream and stir through.
Serving up hot.........
CREAMY SPINACH

1 pack of frozen spinach or 1 fresh bushel
1⁄2 packet of bacon bits
1 chopped onion
1 pack of carved mushrooms
250 ml room
250ml of milk
1 pack of white onion soup

1 to 2 wheels of feta cheese cut into cubes
Fry onions, bacon and mushrooms in a little oil. Add spinach (thaw and squeeze all water out).

Mix cream, milk and onion soup and pour at spinach mix. Heat until thick and stir in feta cheese.

Carrot Cake recipe🍽 🍰

Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrots 🥕
1 cup sugar 🍭
1 teaspoon baking powder🔧
1 egg 🍳
butter 🍯 🧈( to grease pan)
1/2 cup vegetable oil 🥜
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦
1 cup all-purpose flour 🥥
1 teaspoon baking soda 🔧
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 🎄
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 🥜
1/4 teaspoon salt 💧
1 cup milk 🥛

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, combine grated carrots, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth 🍽.
3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until just combined.
4. Stir in the flour until just combined. Then, stir in the milk until just incorporated. 🥛
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan 🍰.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean 🥮
7. Let cool before frosting.
