Impact Radio was at the launch of the Lovelife Mobile Unit, sponsored by Sasol. This is in response to the ongoing crisis of gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF). The mobile unit is designed to provide free medical and mental health services to deprived and far-flung communities where nurses and counsellors are hard to come-by.

We're here today in Diepsloot to share announce the official partnership between Sasol and loveLife to service the community in tackling, addressing and aiding those involved in, Gender Based Violence.

Today marks the launch of Sasol and LoveLife's Mobile Unit that will be the key medical service on the ground. Along with the 'Ground Breakers' who educate, counsel and assist directly within the communities, these Mobile Units will be offering medical services and private counsel and care to those affected specifically by Gender Based Violence.

Surely ground will be made, as these projects will be expanded and implemented nationally over the long term.

Let's see South Africa healed, united and changed.

Impact 103 Community News Flash Story!!!
Kalafong Hospital in Atteridgeville, Pretoria, celebrated the completion of a borehole to supply uninterrupted water to the medical facility.

Through a partnership between Gift of the Givers and Bonitas Medical Fund, the borehole and water tankers were installed to assist the facility with its water challenges, which had dire consequences for the patients and healthcare workers.
