🌷One of my best achievements is being a mom🌷 Although, its never a destination because you are always figuring new things out as you go along through the different seasons.

Our family love to get out into nature. Our children who are 7 and 5 years old are real bushbabies. We are blessed to live near some of the Kruger National Park entrances and find tremendous joy in exploring the park.

I heard in a sermon the other day a pastor say that your family are there to irritate the hell out of you so that heaven can be put back into you. It got me thinking of different family dynamics and how people struggle through the challenges, but eventually figure out something workable.

Relationships matter. They are part of what makes us human and keeps us healthy.

As boring as this may sound, my message today is to remind you to stay hydrated.
Although such a simple task of drinking water and staying hydrated, this probably one of the most significant things you can do to shift your state of health for the better.

Every cell in our body needs water to transport nutrients and eliminate toxins. Water helps fuel the brain. Water aid in digestion.

When waking up tomorrow morning, instead of going straight for your morning cup of coffee, grab a glass of water instead. Add a pinch of Himalayan salt or sea salt to up the electrolytes. You could also add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or a squeeze of lemon.

It has been quite a journey since I first studied Diet and Nutrition in 2003. In 2005 I quit my career as bookkeeper to follow my passion of natural health. Harvey's Health was established in August 2005. I am proud to present and celebrate Harvey's Health.

Harvey's Health has grown with me through the different seasons of my life. I am SO excited for the new developments and growth that I will be sharing with you.

Passionate about helping busy, overwhelmed, burnt out Mom's to feel like their vibrant selves again through life changing nutrition and natural therapies.

Harvey's Health was founded in 2005 by myself, Nicole.

Harvey's Health has grown with me as I have gone through different stages of my life.

My personal health journey led me to countless hours of studying nutrition and eventually the exciting world of specialised kinesiology. I still learn new things daily through practical experience.

I am a wife and homeschooling mother of two young children. I love healthy homemaking, gardening, and creating nutritious meals for my family and watching them thrive. 

Naturopathic Nutrition and Specialised Kinesiology features in my everyday life, and I would love to share my experience and those benefits with you.

My family and I live in the Mbombela in the lovely Lowveld in South Africa. I see client’s in person and online and also share life changing health information on my various social media platforms.

Digestion not at its best?

👉🏻you will want to save these tips for later👉🏻

Use these simple tips to improve your digestion

✅️Eat your meals in a calm environment 😌 if you are stressed or eating on the run, your digestion will take a back seat.
✅️Chew your food well. Digestion begins in the mouth. We need to chew the food well before we swallow, or our digestion system will have to work much harder in order to digest the large particles of unchewed food.
✅️Don't drink liquids with your meals. This can dilute your much need digestive enzymes that digest your food.
✅️Drink a tablespoon of lemon 🍋 juice or apple cider vinager mixed with a little water before meals to get digestion active and help digest your food

Digestion ability decreases as we age, so all these points are important to assist digestion, especially if you experience indigestion and bloating after meals.

Harvey's Health was established in 2005 by Nicole Harvey. Nicole is a Nutritional therapist and a Specialised Kinesiologist. Natural health and nutrition has been a passion of Nicole’s since a young age and her focus, personally and professionally, has been on the health and well-being of the whole individual.
