🌱Lets explore some basic wellness foundations 🌱
These may sound so obivious or simple, but in todays fast paced life it seems so easy to lose sight of the basics that have a huge impact in our health.
🚰 Water.
Water is usualy the first thing to get forgotten about when the coffee and sodas start flowing when we are in our fast pace of getting things done. Help yourself succeed by carring a water bottle with with you or having it on your desk as a reminder to drink water.💧
🎈Breathe.🫁 Being hunched up in front of one or other device will certainly affect our breathing negatively. Add stress to that situation and you will have even more negative affects on your breathing. Its a good idea to take moments of taking deep breaths, in and out, through your nose. Not only will this increase oxygen but also have a destress and calming effect on your body.

This is a fun project I did for myself last year.
It brings together the different stages of the menstrual phase, phases if the moon 🌙 🌚 , foods that support the different hormones that come into play at certain stages of the menstrual cycle, as well as the best intermittent fasting windows for each cycle.
I'm a fan of Dr Mindy Pelz. I love her book, Fast Like A Girl. So, that book actually inspired me to bring it all together in one place in order to track my cycle.
I'll have a look at putting it together to share with others to download and make their own.
