The State Witness
of South Africa, Sibongile Mnzinyathi has admitted before the Malawi Court that Prophetess Mary Bushiri has no link in the 106 million Rands Fraud and money Laundering Case that she was included to answer in Pretoria Magistrates Court in 2020, a case that had seen our mother, Prophetess Mary Bushiri in Jail for fourteen days, while they were waiting for a bail.

This means that Prophetess Mary Bushiri was in 2020 illegally arrested and kept in jail while she was innocent, she suffered in jail and kept her away from her biological daughters while she was innocent of all the crimes that they had opened against her together with our father Major one, and the other two people, the Mudolos.

During the
Cross examination proceedings, the lawyer of the Prophetess, had questioned hardly the State Witness Sibongile Mnzinyathi to explain clearly how the Prophetess of God is involved, or linked to the Money Laundering Case, but Mzinyathi suffocated with the question, that led him to sweat while he was asking for a bottle of water before the Malawi Court to drink as a way to relax himself from choking, since he knows that the State of South Africa had deliberately incriminated the Prophetess without any evidence in their investigations, but they only had a plot to lock the Prophetess in Jail.

Reminding you that the same State Witness Sibongile Mnzinyathi had four months ago stated before the Malawi Court that the State of South Africa has an audit report that confirms that Prophetess Mary Bushiri and Prophet Shephrd Bushiri were not involved in the same 106 million Rands money Laundering Case, that they want to force the Prophetess to answer in South Africa.

The State of South Africa itself had contracted KPMG's, the Auditing Company to inquire about the money Laundering Case, and KPMG's report stated clearly that the Prophet and Prophetess of God were falsely accused as there's no link of their names to the company that was mentioned in the Case.

This means that,
the Prophetess is not being extradited in any way, and on top of this the whole Extradition process is jeopardized because the absence of the Prophetess in the Extradition file before the Malawi Court will as well protect the Prophet himself from being extradited.

In simple terms,
the Prophet will not be extradited because the other person who is also mentioned in the Extradition Case, in this case the "Prophetess" has NOT BEEN FOUND GUILTY, so even if the Prophet was supposedly found guilty, he can not in any way be extradited bcoz the name of Prophetess Mary Bushiri is still in the same Extradition Case files before the Malawi Court, and also her name is still in Pretoria Magistrates Court Case files where she was illegally arrested, and detained in prison.

It's good to go to school to learn to understand such legals matters.
It's a jigsaw puzzle, this is why the State Witness felt dizzy and had to beg for a bottle of water to drink after such a very tactical question asked by the woman Lawyer of the Prophet and Prophetess of God.

Since day one of the Cross examination proceedings, the State Witness Sibongile Mnzinyathi has always been presenting tampered evidences before the Malawi Court which will lead to the nullification of the whole Extradition process.

The Case Cross examination is continuing tommorow.

Extradition Cross Examination Proceedings Update. 18th July, 2024.
The Malawi's Lilongwe Chief Resident Magistrate Court is this morning expected to continue with the the extradition case involving Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary.

Defense lawyer Wapona Kita, stated that yesterday's cross-examination revealed that victims who filed r**e charges against the accused were forced to make false allegations.

Kita claims there is no evidence to support the r**e allegations against the accused in South Africa.

According to Kita, through questioning, the witness testified that out of eight extradition requests, only three arrest warrants were presented to the court, while four victims withdrew their statements in 2018.

Kita alleged that an individual recruited and forced the r**e victims to file r**e allegations against the accused.

According to Kita, the developments make the case unworthy of extradition.

Today, the defence will continue cross-examining state witness Sibongile Mzinyathi, Director of Public Prosecutions for Gauteng Province in South Africa, regarding the r**e charges against the accused.
