Our main purpose or the core of our existence is to own the space and fair share of easy emotions and help taking the best out of one another.
In psychology, emotion is often defined as a complex state of feeling that results in physical and psychological changes that influence thought and behavior. Emotionality is associated with a range of psychological phenomena, including temperament, personality, mood, and motivation. It all depend on us as to how we handle our emotions and that is where emotional intelligence kicks in.
Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.
