THE HISTORY OF CHIBUKU BEER.

Chibuku was the brainchild of a German man who did business in Kitwe. He was the man who actually built the original Nkana Hotel.
His name was Heinrich. Heinrich used to trade a lot in the African mining townships on the Copperbelt and realised that the miners who were all recruited from the villages all over the country and indeed even in Malawi and Tanzania all had one thing in common, a love for traditional beer brewed with millet, sorghum or maize.
He saw a business opportunity. He got some women to teach him how to brew traditional African beer and he then developed a process of brewing it in industrial quantities and hygienically. Today's chibuku is fermented from sorghum malt and maize hops. Its taste is at its best after a couple of days of being brewed. The imbibers then say, "Ubwalwa nabukalipa" meaning the beer is strong. Direct translation would be,"The beer is angryπŸ˜‚"
He then made a deal with the mine township owners to open taverns in the townships where the beer was delivered in huge tankers and then dispensed in buckets.
He went even further when he noticed that business was only good at paydays. He went to the Mine township manager and set up a system where miners would write their names and mine numbers in a big ledger and at the month end the mines would deduct from the miners pay. A broke miner would say, "Mpeni ko ubwalwa , mulembe mu chu buku? (Please may I have a carton and write it in the big book?)
His beer began to be called ubwalwa bwamu chi buku. Heinrich and his workers began to call it Chi buku (Big Book.) His company Heinrich Syndicate grew and covered Zambia and Zimbabwe before it was bought out by Anglo American.
So all those Kenyans, Zimbabweans, Malawians, South Africa and Batswana trying to claim that Chibuku is their brand, it was born in Zambia. Chibuku is now marketed in East and West Africa and Botswana and South Africa.

Malawian origin
The origin of Malawi can be traced back to the Maravi Empire in the 16th century, which was a powerful and advanced empire that straddled present -day Malawi, Mozambique, and Zambia.

Here are some of the key points about the origin of Malawi.
The Malawi Empire was known for its iron workers, and the name Malawi is thought to come from the word Maravi, which means "flames". The Empire was founded by the Amaravi people, who eventually became known as the Chewa. The Chewa migrated to Malawi from the Morden day Republic of Congo to escape unrest and disease. The Maravi Empire began on the southwest shores of Lake Malawi and eventually encompassed most of the Morden Malawi as well as parts of Mozambique and Zambia. The Empire was known for its advanced farming techniques, strong trade networks and rich cultural heritage.

"When we answer the phone, we typically say 'Hello.' But what is Hello?

It may surprise many to learn that 'Hello' is not just a greeting, it's rather the name of a specific person. 'Hello' was in fact the name of Alexander Graham Bell's fiancΓ©e, Margaret Hello.

Bell, the inventor of the telephone, used 'Hello' as the first word during the initial test of his invention. This simple utterance quickly became the standard opening for phone calls worldwide, enduring as the greeting we use to this day when picking up the phone."πŸ€”πŸ€”

AFRICA 🌍

Africa is a continent rich in history, culture, and diversity. From the ancient civilizations of Egypt and Ethiopia to the colonial era and struggles for independence, Africa's history is a tapestry of triumphs, challenges, and resilience.

The history of Africa dates back thousands of years, with evidence of early human ancestors found in regions such as the Great Rift Valley. Ancient civilizations like the Kingdom of Kush, the Mali Empire, and the Kingdom of Aksum flourished, leaving behind impressive architectural wonders and cultural legacies that continue to inspire awe today.

The continent's history was forever changed with the arrival of European colonizers in the 15th century. The scramble for Africa led to the exploitation of its resources, the imposition of colonial rule, and the devastating effects of the transatlantic slave trade. Despite these challenges, African nations fought for independence in the 20th century, leading to the birth of new nations and the struggle for self-determination.

Today, Africa is a continent on the rise, with a vibrant cultural scene, economic growth, and a young population driving innovation and change. As the cradle of humanity, Africa's history is a testament to the resilience and strength of its people, and a reminder of the rich tapestry of cultures and traditions that make the continent a truly unique and diverse place.

POISON THAT KILLS MEN

Once upon a time a beautiful girl got tired of her marriage life and wanted to murder her spouse.

One morning she ran to her mother and say to her " mother, I am tired of my husband I can no longer support his nonsense. I want to kill him but I am afraid Law of the land will hold me responsible, can you please help me mother?"

The mother answered:

- Yes my daughter I can help you, but, there is a little task attached.

The daughter asked "what task? I am willing and ready to assume any task attached in order to get him out"

OK, said the mother,

1..You will have to make peace with him, so that no one will suspect you when he is dead.

2.. You will have to beautify yourself in order to look young and attractive to him

3.. You have to take good care of him and be very nice and appreciative to him

4.. You have to be patient, loving and less jealous, have more listening ears, be more respectful and obedient

5. Spend your money for him and don’t get angry even when he don't give you money for whatever

6. Don’t raise your voice against but encourage Peace and love so that you will never be suspected when he must have died.

Can you do all of that?
Asked the mother.
Yes i can. She replied
OK, said the mother.

Take this powder and pour a bit in his every day meal, it will slowly kill him.

After 30 days the lady came back to her mother and said.

Mother, I have no intention of killing my husband again. As of now I have grown to love him because he has completely changed, he is now a very sweet husband than I ever imagined.

What can i do to stop the poison from killing him?

Please help me mother.

She pleaded in a sorrowful tone.

The mother answered;
Do not worry my daughter. What I gave you the other day was just Tumeric Powder. It will never kill him.

In reality, you were the poison that was slowly killing your husband with tension and dispassion.

It was when you started loving, honouring and cherishing him that you saw hi

β•1. Ka*****ra says : If you suck one ni**le, the woman herself offers the other one. And that was the origin of "buy one get one free"!

β•2. Did you ever notice: everything on a woman's upper body starts with a "B". Blouse, Bra, Bikini, B***s & lower body with a "P" Peticoat, panties, p***y... That's origin of "BP"!

β•3. Before s*x, you help each other get naked. After s*x, you dress only yourself. Moral: In life no one helps you once you're fu**ed.

β•4. Success is like pregnancy. Everybody congratulates you but nobody knows how many times you got fu**ed to achieve it.

β•5. Life is like a dick, sometimes it becomes hard for no reason.
