His education into electronic parties started in the techno and house scenes of Cape Town, which then made way to the psychedelic music of Goa until he finally, and thankfully, landed in Da Nang, bringing with him a diverse blend of electronic music. Not one to be taped down to a specific genre, the fluidity in Not A Pro's music preference means that his sets are always enjoyably unpredictable and unexpectedly exceptional.

His philosophy when it comes to music is “only fun tracks”. He wants to share the pure joy he takes from the music he plays and is well qualified to do so.
