The 1 July marked my three month check-in on my journey, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results so far.

The products have lasted me much longer than I initially anticipated, as evidenced by the second picture of the items I still have left over from the first three months cycle.

The third picture showcases the only items I had to open up with the addition of the Vitamin C Lipid Serum as I begin my next three month cycle with Lamelle.

The last picture is my before on the 1 April when I started the journey.

I am excited to see how my skin will continue to improve over the next three months. 🌟

I look forward to sharing my progress with all of you as I embark on this next phase of my skincare journey.

I am all for sunless tanning with cancer on the rise ☀️

Gone are the days of baking in the sun with minimal spf in my 20’s.

Now I can get a gorgeous tan at home with the gradual tan from this amazing range by !

It’s perfect for very light skin like mine and the process is super easy - check out my reel for the steps.

No more old aged strong smells, just a natural looking tan that lasts over a week with the everyday lotion.

The exfoliant is a game changer for pre-tan prep and removing any stains.

🌟 Our weekend in pictures 📸

🍫 Friday started off with my favourite hot chocolate and some much needed quality time with my boys on a date. They absolutely loved it and I feel so blessed to live near wineries. 🍷

I embarked on my Instagram journey as a mere enthusiast, a mother with a flair for fashion and a desire to guide women towards size-inclusive brands. Little did I know that my venture, known as The Curvy Butterfly, would evolve into a flourishing forest in just over a year.

Much like the butterfly analogy, my personal transformation from a caterpillar-like state of overweight and lack of self-confidence, to a confident and style-savvy individual, mirrors the growth of my Instagram platform. It all began when my friends suggested that I share my outfit choices and the places where I found them, as many were curious about my fashion sense.

What initially started as a simple act of sharing outfit details has now turned into a platform where I empower women and local brands.

My goal is to inspire women to embrace their bodies and find confidence in their own skin, through the art of styling and self-expression.

The journey from where I started to where I am now has been a transformative and fulfilling experience, one that I hope will continue to inspire and uplift others.

One month check-in with !🌟

I cannot believe the difference I’m already seeing in my skin since day one.

The redness on my cheeks and chin has reduced significantly, and my skin texture is smoother and more even toned.

The dark circles and wrinkles around my eyes you can see has brightened not to mention, my skin is so much more hydrated.

My skin has never looked and felt this good!

Excited to see what the next two months will bring!

This year, I’ve decided to switch things up and focus on mindset resolutions instead of the traditional unattainable New Year’s resolutions.

All my life I thought that I wasn’t pretty enough, not skinny enough, not smart enough, and never the main character in my own story.

But 2023 has been a year of growth and self discovery for me. It has taught me to be more resilient, to have a lot more self love, and to be a better mother and wife.

I had to work on myself, and while starting this page, the journey has been nothing short of incredible.

I now am the main character in my story, and through that, I’m able to help people near, dear, far and wide to be comfortable with who they are, to love themselves.

The only way to be the best you is to be. And to be a great mom and wife is to be the best version of yourself.

So for 2024, I wish everyone just the best. Let us all not forget, let us all not lose our humanity, and let’s just grow more and more from here.

I have also been on a journey to find more curvy loving clothing brands and continue working with the current amazing brands.

The joy of finding clothes that embrace and celebrate our curves has been incredible, and I want to share that joy with all of you.

I have learned that self love and self acceptance are essential not just for ourselves but for the people around us as well.

By being the main character in my story, I have been able to inspire and uplift others to do the same.

I have learned that being confident in my own skin and embracing my body has a positive impact on those around me.

I am excited for the future and the opportunities it will bring. I am grateful for the support and love I have received on this journey, and I am looking forward to sharing more with all of you in 2024.

I’ve come to realize that I really am my own worst enemy and harshest critic.

Despite what everyone may think, I’m not always as confident as I seem, and that’s okay.

We’re all human, and we all have moments of self doubt. Last night, I showed my husband some pictures and pointed out everything I didn’t like about myself.

From the bags under my eyes to my teeth and my small eyes, I nitpicked every detail. It’s tough to stay confident when your own head is constantly telling you otherwise.

But my husband reminded me to focus on the things I do love about myself, and it was a much needed reality check.

It’s easy to get caught up in our flaws, but it’s important to remember our strengths too.

No amount of makeup can hide the beauty of self love and self acceptance 💖.

So, let’s wake up every day and speak positivity into our minds. We deserve to feel confident and proud of who we are.
