Yesterday, we visited the Piedmont Town Center in the heart of SouthPark, Charlotte! 🏙️✨ Our latest aerial shots capture the perfect blend of urban sophistication and community charm.

Piedmont Town Center, designed by LS3P, features 415,000 square feet of office space, 90,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, 170 apartments, 74 loft units, 96 luxury condos, and standalone townhouses. Day one in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico during a beautiful sunset on the island.🏝️

Did you know?
Old San Juan, or Viejo San Juan, is the historic district of San Juan, Puerto Rico. It’s known for its colorful colonial buildings, cobblestone streets, and rich history.History: Old San Juan was founded in 1521 by Spanish colonists and served as a strategic military stronghold due to its location guarding the entrance to San Juan Bay.

One of the most iconic landmarks in Old San Juan is El Morro, also known as Castillo San Felipe del Morro. Construction on El Morro began in 1539 and continued for over 250 years, making it one of the oldest Spanish forts in the Americas. It protected the city from attacks by sea and was crucial in repelling numerous invasions throughout history, including attacks by the British and the Dutch.

Current Lifestyle: Today, Old San Juan is a vibrant mix of history and modern life. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular tourist destination, attracting visitors with its historic charm, cultural attractions, and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.

The area is home to many restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and shops, making it a lively hub for both locals and tourists. Along the Catawba River…

While traveling for a shoot earlier today, we came across Great Falls Reservoir Dam in Catawba, SC. What beauty we were able to see was definitely worth the stop to check out. We will definitely post some video of the experience very soon, so be sure to follow and stay tuned!

There are actually 11 dams along the river providing hydroelectric power to the regions. The Catawba River actually stretches all the way from the Blue ridge mountains of North Carolina deep into South Carolina eventually reaching Watertree River.
