DOUBLE STACK: HUMASON LOSES ELECTION AND MCDONALD'S MONOPOLY
Incumbent Mayor Don Humason had a difficult night this Tuesday when he lost two of his favorite games.
"The people have spoken," said the former Mayor. "The good news is I get another chance at one of these contests tomorrow. And every day after that!"
Speaking from a lectern in Grimace's party room, Humason acknowledged many residents by name who had helped him to get to this point.
"BK, Wendy's, Applebees, Clemenza's, Five Guys," he exclaimed. "The list goes on and on!"
Challenger Mike McCabe who unseated Humason also spoke at an election night event across town.
"I realize I have big shoes to fill," said McCabe, "but it's high time that the Mayor of this town serves the people, and not the other way around."
