Incubator Press is an alternate reality company: one mad scientist's mission to change the world via creative storytelling, art, music, & instruction.

Willie Freeman founded Incubator Press specifically to test his theories on the nature and means of creativity. He maintains that new and unpublished creative humans are ripe with potential and he works tirelessly to unleash various narrative phenomena within them. Sometimes the test subjects survive. These survivors, depending on their subjective experience with Mr. Freeman, either go on to sprea

d the creative gene throughout the world, or they return for repeated exposure. The goal is to isolate, identify, and incubate the creative gene. Once fully mature, the creative gene is communicable. Test subjects are then sent into the world (via Comic Conventions, Local Comic Shops, and even Blogs and Websites) to spread the infection. Each peer-reviewed issue is formatted as a comic book thus maximizing exposure and targeting the appropriate segment of the population.

By being creative, you quietly give others permission to be creative. While it also gives them opportunity to be critical, I believe it is worth criticism most of the time.

Next time you decide you can't do something, ask yourself whether it is because you don't want to, don't have time to, don't have the resources, or if it is because it may be difficult.

God is obviously creative. He is clearly compassionate. He is unexpectedly patient. And inexplicably merciful. And we are His creative works. Be like Him. Getting to know Him is the only way to truly get to know who and how we are meant to be.

May you find the courage, passion, drive, time, and resources to manifest your own creativity.

As I rebuild Incubator Press, my focus will be inspiration, creativity, and encouragement.

I hope this is possible.

Saturday, December 5th is our Holiday Sale & Celebration. We're hosting a huge store wide sale, meet and greet with Willie Freeman (Tommy the Zombie), special holiday stations for the family including ornament and cookie making, special photo booths and of course, an appearance by Spidey Santa from 5 to 7 pm!!

We'll also be walking in Saturday's Longwood Parade with a team of superheroes! Be sure to catch us at the parade as we'll have a slew of goodness to hand out!

It's all taking place this Saturday, December the 5th!
