The beautiful Gulf views will take your breath away daily, at this Venice Beach Gulf Condo, on The Esplanade. Amazing, unobstructed views in both the living room and master bedroom give you a feeling of serenity as you enjoy relaxing in the space.

Its premier location on The Esplanade is an excellent home base is less than a one-mile walk to the Crow’s Nest Marina-Restaurant and Jetty. The beautiful Historic Downtown Venice shops and restaurants are an easy walk up Venice Avenue among the beautiful Banyon trees and other tropical delights.

Enjoy the private, one-acre resort-like space across from the condo with a beautiful saltwater pool, grassy picnic/bbq area, sand and palm trees. It has a private sand and park area along the dunes to relax just steps from the picnic and pool area.

Walk through the dunes to the private beach you can see from your window. Your parking is a private, assigned, shaded parking spot against the building makes it easy to manage while heading out for a day’s adventure.

The public Beach pavilion is just 2 blocks away, where you can enjoy yoga, music, drum circle, volleyball, and other fun activities. Freedom Boat Club, which has seasonal memberships, is 1 block away, and the tennis and pickleball courts are a short, beautiful walk up Venice Avenue. The condominium is along the Island Bike Trail, which offers a fantastic bicycle ride all around the island.

The 2 bedroom condo has been updated with new tile floors and has two full bathrooms with tile and granite. You will enjoy the ease of the fully equipped galley kitchen with granite, recessed lighting, and a breakfast room facing East.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, smart tv, and a desk, with a million-dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico and the back bedroom has two twin beds and a wardrobe armoire facing the Historic Downtown.

This is a south-facing, corner unit so it is always bright with sunlight and has lovely views toward downtown from the back balcony, views down The Esplanade, and huge windows with a full view of the Gulf. The windows are appointed with cellular shades and linen drapery panels, seating for 4 at the window, a soft comfortable sofa, and a large smart tv. The decor is Mid Century Modern meets Boho Chic, which allows itself to be elegant yet warm and comfortable. There are several vintage and antique pieces along with all original artwork collected over the years, and some easy-to-manage plants to bring the outdoors inside.

The kitchen is equipped with white dishes and plenty of glassware for every purpose, along with all the gadgets and small appliances you may need.

All of the bedding, towels including kitchen towels, cleaning products and beach items, are provided for you, along with a Bluetooth radio for music and an essential oil diffuser that is also a speaker.

Use of the community room with a full kitchen is available at no additional cost, and the freshly painted building has an elevator and outdoor staircases. There are bicycle racks and a car washing station on the property, along with tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs by the pool.

This rental has a 4 month minimum, or longer. $5500 monthly for January, February, and March and $5000 for April and May. No sales tax for 6 months or more.
