It is important to ensure that the chosen drone pilot possesses a Recurrent certificate if they are involved in providing aerial imagery for commercial purposes. Failure to comply with the FAA UAS requirements in this regard can lead to potential legal violations, which may not only put the pilot at risk, but also expose you to potential legal trouble.
