At the doctor's office. I had my eyes checked today. I was crying because I wanted to go home, and mom was playing with a pug puppy! 😢
So, I have cataracts starting, mom was aware of that. I also have Iris Atrophy, I have to go to the eye specialist. ☹️
Iris Atrophy is when the muscles in the iris degenerate. It makes it harder to constrict the pupils, causing light sensitivity. I've been squinty lately in the sun and bright lights, and you can see a haze in my eyes in some pics.
I will be wearing my sunglasses even more now. Going back to Blue Pearl to see an eye specialist. They are amazing, they did my ACL Surgery.
This getting older stuff isn't fun, it's ruff. Officially a senior dog, but a puppy at heart and Mommy's baby. 🩷
