Bush, ALC, is a Broker Associate responsible for Industrial Sales & Leasing and Land Services, as well as, Office/Industrial development or build-to-suit sites. Dennis has over 32 years of experience as a broker representing owners associations and individual owners of all types of commercial sales and leasing transactions

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group-

Commercial Division, specializing in land, industrial and investment sales, Dennis closed over 2,500 acres and industrial and investment projects valued at $60 million dollars located in Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas and Pasco Counties. Dennis was involved in over $36 million dollars in sales and leasing volume from 2012-2016. Dennis has served as a Director of Development for Franklin Development Group overseeing the construction of Hampton Oaks Business Park, an award-winning, 25-acre, 300,000 square foot park in Tampa. Dennis served on the Board of Directors for FGCAR - The Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors.
