ERATH COUNTY SHERIFFS🚩🚩

A drive by shooting occured at our residence this past November. This was a VERY serious matter, and this was communicated to the deputy who came to our property when the bullet holes were discovered. An investigation was requested by homeowner, and names of suspects were given.

The email attached below contains multiple bold face lies from Erath County Sheriffs. They are claiming that according to Deputy T. Williams, we only wanted the damage to our residence documented for insurance purposes. This is completely untrue, and it was communicated to the deputy that insurance was the LEAST of our worries.

The deputy also stated that a close patrol for our residence would be set up ASAP. This would increase police presence on our road, with sheriffs driving by semi regularly. We have 4 cameras on our property which catch every vehicle that comes by. Not a single sheriff has came by since this shooting.

The report states that no suspects were given. This is another lie. According to this report the lack of suspects is a contributing factor as to why this investigation did not move forward. Although, there were in fact suspects, and it was communicated to Williams that this should be investigated further. We have reason to believe that this suspect had been stalking us prior to this incident.

We are now in the process of requesting body cam footage, although our previous attempts to request body cam footage regarding other interactions with ECSO have been ignored / denied. In fact, we are STILL waiting on a trial transcript containing evidence of corruption & collusion within Erath County judicial system. The court reporter has received a fourth extension from the COA, and these documents are now 5 months overdue. Not a coincidence. 🤯

Update: According to ECSO, Deputy Williams bodycam would not turn on when she came to our property to make a report. Therefore we are unable to prove the lies that were recorded in the report. This is not a coincidence. Stay safe y’all and I highly recommend recording any altercations with officers with your own device if possible.

The Erath County court reporter has requested a THIRD extension to the COA for the production of our trial transcript, which if accurate, will contain evidence of corruption, conspiracy & more within Erath County.

Interesting🤔 This transcript was originally due Oct. 19, 2023. This level of incompetence is not typical for court officials, yet we keep seeing it from Erath County. Very odd🙏🏻

Shots were recently fired at our residence, and we are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of parties involved.

Signature Equine failed to properly acknowledge our concerns regarding our mare’s stomach, who at the time was displaying symptoms of & suffering from Bastard Strangles. She was diagnosed with pneumonia & sent home with upper respiratory meds which immediately caused her condition to decline, dramatically.

After getting a second opinion from a separate clinic, we very quickly discovered the Bastard Strangles and Fizz underwent months of intensive care. This misdiagnosis at Signature led to months of costly, painful days for Fizz & significantly delayed her treatment. She later passed from colic.

During our time in the isolation barn at Signature, we also witnessed cross contamination. Pretty scary considering how many sick horses go in & out of that place.. Listen more on Ep. 2

Kade Renfro & his attorney David Wimberley Law Office are now suing Hannah Mauriello-Sprague, co-host of our podcast, after she spoke publicly about her opinions regarding Kade’s actions as well as his attorney’s conduct. This attorney was found guilty of prostitution in 97’ and is now defending an alleged ra**st. LOL🤣
