Reproduction of 1906 tin ceiling tiles. This is for a historical bank in Wapella, IL. The final result will be pressing new tiles from positive and negative prints so as to fully restore the ceiling of this historical structure. Scanned with an Artec Eva scanner and printed on a Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra.

We recently did a job for a firm in Illinois, Elite Composites, scanning a large racing boat. The final models were used to repair the boat which had flipped off the coast of Miami and sustained substantial damage to the hull.

In the middle of printing reverse engineered components for Phillips 66. They came to us with with a problem which we were able to solve. The small black part is obsolete but they needed 100 more (2 per bracket) for their Cisco fiber routers. We scanned the part along with the bracket and created a single model in Solidworks combining everything together as a single piece. The printer has been going non-stop for the last several days.
