Experimenting...

New lenses, new visions 🎥

So... Who else gets excited when new equipment arrives? 👁👄👁

Airelle wanted a tripod rig with two cameras at nearly the same angle and framing but with different lenses (a 35mm and a 50mm). Jason came to the rescue, and found this Oben TAB-4M four mount accessory bar.

After Airelle mounted two ball heads to make minor adjustments to the individual camera angles he shoot an interview with himself to try everything. He was very pleased with the results as he could now capture the close-up and medium-close shots at the same time!!

As this new year approaches, our team is working hard to meet the goals set for the year. That is why, to face these exciting challenges and new projects, we welcome Melissa Guzman Rivera, our new Administrative & Production Assistant. Graduated from the Bachelor of Drama at the University of Puerto Rico, this emerging actress and artist will be contributing in a unique way to all our projects.

We are proud to have you on our team!

Special retro (hard to believe 5 years have passed) shout out to the old BlueFace Productions crew and cast members of heritage in Puerto Rico and Detroit. There are too many to name and too many pictures to post (but we'll post more anyway). We remember you and appreciate you for the incredible work, perseverance, dedication and fun! Gracias por todo!

PS. For better or worse, everything we've ever produced will be released through out this coming year! Nos Vemos Pronto!

As a minority owned-small business, EnVisible Media thought long and hard about what statement to make about the social struggle going in the WORLD.

Our leadership and team members are passionate, concerned, motivated and opinionated!

How can we express ourselves as a company without being exploitive and self serving? (Like -redacted- who jump on the bandwagon after the fact because they want your MONEY).

We considered what a progressive-minded company like ours could DO rather than just SAY. Donations, participation, etc.

The realization came to us when looking at our "Wall of Fame" (a rotating set of screen captures from our various projects).
Equality, inclusion, diversity. This is what we REPRESENT. This is what we DO.

Our mission, our VISION is not only to enable through expression. We will teach, we will train, we will empower.
This not a one time goal. This is our life's work.

To spread your message, to tell your story.

Yes we will continue to participate, donate, demonstrate but we will also continue our own mission.

Make the invisible, EnVisible.

“Airelle wanted 'sexy metal like a car'.”

Our Creative Director Airelle tasked Jason with the challenge of filming some computer parts prior to building EnVisible Media's main editing machine as part of the intro for the EnVisible Tech Series (coming soon).

"I used my knowledge of working on still car shoots to come up the way I wanted to shoot mainly the chip set. I wanted a moody theme, EnVisible Tech is about the tools we use to create and tell stories with. I also wanted practical movement to of the subjects, as well movement of the light. My favorite shot is of the light moving across the spinning chip set."

As part of our production process when feasible we like to show and not tell what we are thinking as a starting point for any project. Here we created some looks for a sneaker project that we are working on with our brothers over at Clean Sneaker Care.

We have one rule (of many) in our office/studio. If you come up with the idea you have to show your work. So, Jason had to direct, light, rig, and act. His own set worn chucks had be used as a stand in.
