wonder if practicing wellbeing is, at some point only accessible to those who can afford it. Time and financial constraints are real.
I recently discussed this on the Fat Mascara podcast. Listen to the full episode through the link in my bio.
Let me know your thoughts below: Do you feel you can practice the self care you really want to or is it cost/time prohibitive?

In the last few years, Narcissism has become a pop culture buzzword, largely due to the increase in TikTok and Insta “therapists” popping up all over the internet. All of a sudden, sh*tty dating behavior got mislabeled as narcissistic and it seemed like everyone had a narcissistic boss, partner, or friend. There are plenty of narcissists out there but surely not everyone fits the description of this personality disorder.
I was eager to speak to Dr. Ramani Durvasula and get some facts from someone who is an expert on the subject. Available wherever you get your podcasts.
