This was the very first song I went in the the studio with in 2000. It was an epiphany song for me as at that this point in my life, I really did think nobody loves me again. Then one night I couldn't sleep I came to see even though life can be hard at times!! That don't mean nobody loves you!! So I shared my personal experience of being told my father died in NAM, only to find out at 22 that it was all bull s**t and my dad was still alive. It was a crazy thing to respond to at that age but I chose love and forgiveness. I'm so grateful for the hardships in life that have allowed me to become who I am today! lol just footnote, the only song on the entire album "It's All About Love" that I did in one take lol It took longer to setup than to record lol LIFE IS!
