Does anyone else feel confused by the fact that is STILL on PAID administrative leave at Sebastian Police Department, despite the fact that TWO women filed petitions for protective injunctions against Officer Quinn for domestic violence and threats to their lives. One of the two victims was granted the injunction, which means Officer Quinn isn’t even allowed to possess a weapon
