Up next: More screenshots of FDLE’s botched, fraudulent “investigation”, in which they literally wrote out the search warrants and arrest warrants for the crimes he committed, but then called everything off once they learned that the victim contacted the media and higher ups in law enforcement -and the entire investigation stopped and they all began finding ways to cover up the errors they made that placed multiple women's lives in danger.

Does anyone else feel confused by the fact that is STILL on PAID administrative leave at Sebastian Police Department, despite the fact that TWO women filed petitions for protective injunctions against Officer Quinn for domestic violence and threats to their lives. We are scheduling PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSIONS intended to allow the residents of Indian River County to gain a better understanding of the dangerous, unethical and potentially life threatening practices occurring within our very own Sebastian Police Department.
Sebastian PD refuses to arrest fellow Officer, Thomas Quinn, who has had FOUR separate women report that he has been physically violent against them, he has broken bones, threatened to kill them, held guns up to their heads, shoved them to the ground, slammed their head into things, dragged them by the hair, spit on them, back handed them in the face, and then specifically told "No one will ever believe you if you report me because I am a cop".
The worst part about this disgusting, willfully negligent behavior of Sebastian Police Department and the surrounding law enforcement agencies is that after this many women have come forward and this much evidence has been submitted.... I fully believe Quinn's fellow officers KNOW HE IS GUILTY.... but they look the other way because he is in law enforcement.
Officer Thomas Quinn has had:
- Four women report abuse
- Three Temporary Domestic Violence Protective Injunctions filed against him.
- One Permanent Domestic Violence Protective Injunction GRANTED against him.
- Countless photographs of black and blue bruising, cuts, and injuries submitted into evidence.
- Audio Recordings of him Threatening to murder people provided to authorities.
THE PUBLIC DESERVES ANSWERS AS TO WHY THIS MAN IS FREE TO KEEP BEATING WOMEN WITH NO CHARGES FILED?
