: Master colorist AND master baker. A win-win in this office.💛

Blondie Recipe👇
1 cup butter
1.25 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1.25 cups sifted apf 5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup white chocolate or
1 cup dried cranberries

Butter, sugar, salt in saucepan until golden and completely dissolved and then another 3 minutes.

Cool slightly, add eggs and whisk forever

Sift together flour, BS, BP. Add to sugar and egg mixture.

Cool slightly more before adding chips and berries.

Crumple up parchment paper and line a 9x9” buttered baking pan.

Add mixture and bake 40 minutes @350 F.

Cool, cut into squares and consume 😋
