My name is Vicky Jeter and I am the founder of this website. r. I have spent 35 years in retail of furniture, owning and operating a business with a partner, with several locations. Since the company was dissolved in 2008, I have begun to go after something that has always been a love of mine: writing. Several years back I decided to join a specific and specialized group to learn from some of the best writers out there. American Writer’s and Artists, Inc (AWAI) was that group and thru them I have continued my education, as well as attending conferences of a vast network of Direct Response Copywriters. Since then I have begun my business of building your business and most of all helping my clients find the customers that will want to stand beside you ....because your product is what makes their lives the best, the easiest and the most exciting. In all the years of retail selling I found that many people do buy from an emotional need within. On one particular day I was out car shopping and waiting for a salesman to help me…. It was kinda nice to sit back and observe other sales conversations being made. Upon listening to a conversation between a woman shopping for a vehicle and a salesperson showing everything he had... you could see the frustration in the woman. It was like she was confused….maybe not really knowing what she needed and hadn’t thought it out. I totally understand. So many times I have been in those shoes. then he said something to her that personalized her reason for buying…. He said, "Who will be traveling with you on a regular basis?"

She said, "Her grandkids" ....

So when the salesperson showed her the newest mini van and what the interior could be made to do with the flip of an easy switch or lever…..she started listening differently. It was like a light bulb came on and her eyes made contact with his. She heard everything now…. She found a reason why she was looking and what the vehicle would be most importantly going to serve….her ability to enjoy her grandkids. He hit an emotional need she had and from that time forward, she was sold. Because everyone needs to know why this product will bring so much joy and ease into their lives and that is what Copywriter’s do. We look at the features and then personalize them with benefits that will serve the customer. It’s not about a fancy gimmick, even though that might be attractive…. But it’s about helping the customer find a reason they cannot live without it. Copywriters know that when a person becomes emotionally attached to a product, they want it and you can’t stop them. Benefits, benefits, benefits…..you cannot list enough of them. Direct Response Copywriting has become what I love and maybe it’s because I loved working retail with the public for many years. Customer service was my expertise for all those years…..and after all why can’t customers become friends….. Doesn’t that really make your business what it is? Without customers, you have no business! So what makes me different? It my job to create a following for you with your customers so that when you release a new product or service they will be standing in line at wee hours of the morning, waiting for you to open…. Like Apple products! When Apple announces they are releasing the newest iPhone….the majority of the customers don’t ask themselves if they want it…..they WANT IT! The reason is that Apple has placed great care in serving the customer and bringing the customer the assurance that they care and they want to give products their customers are waiting to come out. That means they know their customer, it's a relationship they have, and they look to supply the needs. It’s very simple. When you create a relationship with your customer and they know you are on their side, wanting to help them, not just buy one product but buy because they trust you, many products to come. That is my wonderful and exciting job…..build trust so that Customer’s Become Friends.
