What to do if you suddenly get fired today:
1. Don’t threaten to sue, and don’t plead your case. They already decided to fire you so at best you’re wasting your time and at worst you are ruining your case.
2. Don’t sign anything. If they say you have to sign to get your last check, they are lying.
3. DONT SIGN ANYTHING. Even if they offer a severance and say you can’t get it unless you sign, take the time to review that with a lawyer! Because once you sign, it’s over!
