Our new favorite day date spot 💎 definitely worth the drive for a lil getaway ⭐️ The Quarter is downtown Greensboro’s newest New Orleans bar. They have signature cockatils and an ambiance like no other- making you feel like you are right on Bourbon street or looking down the famous balconies. I had never heard of it, so I referred to it as Staten Island. Because I was high. The nurse will tell you that you may feel like you’re high. But I was high as a kite. 🪁 this is not your typical countdown-from-10-wisdom-teeth-wake-up-high. I thought my body was floating away, so I cried in fear most of the time while on it.

The week before Banks came, we got to celebrate sweet @amandaghurst 30th birthday ! @james_w_hurst pulled out all the stops and by the end of the day, she was surprised with more family and friends at one of her favorite spots @second_empire_restaurant ! Second empire is such a special place for us, because it is where we did our favorite chef’s table in the kitchen and go have drinks downstairs at @thelounge_secondempire - but Here’s a glimpse of the private dining room.
