Healthier lifestyles aren’t easy but changing little things in your diet can definitely help..
Today I didn’t want breakfast so I ate a protein bar at 12 because I fast.
Had Pears over cottage cheese for a snack
Had chicken Alfredo over a bed of broccoli and cauliflower (no noodles) for dinner.
