I always found it amazing how the simplest things in life have the most profound benefits. The more I learn about healing the mind and spirit, few things come close to journaling. Writing has been proven time and again to dissolve mental blocks. It allows our spirit to better understand not only ourselves, but others as well .As we learn to process the world around us, writing calms the senses, helps to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression, improve mood, and boosts the immune system. The list goes on, and on. For most of us, the most daunting part — of anything really — is getting started. You’ve heard it, you’ve read it. You may have even bought a journal as a gift for someone else at some point, and yet, you can’t seem to make the habit of journaling stick for yourself. If so, this journal is for you. Written especially for the “soul purpose” of helping you push past the initial pen to paper, first- toe- in- the- icy- water feeling. Simply follow the prompts given to gently guide you through each of the seven chakras, and repeat at least once daily until it becomes more natural for you.
