I say it all the time God blessed me when he planted me in my neighborhood. I truly am surrounded by the kindest people. My neighbor told me that he is going to bring me free firewood because he appreciated that I sold them my grandmother’s chair for his wife’s 90-year-old father. Those reciprocal relationships are amazing! I am grateful and never take for granted anyone that is truly kind to me. Thank you God for me planting me where I can grow 🙏🏼✨❤️

I’m so excited tomorrow I start some intense therapy because I’m determined to leave this earth the most healed and happy women on Planet Earth when God calls me home one day, then I’m getting a massage and more Reiki followed by a teeth cleaning!!! My chronic pain has been hitting me hard with a venegence. Probably because it knows I have set my intention to end it! Since traditional western medicine hasn’t proven to be as helpful as I would of liked I’ve begun seeing a naturopath who has already got me sleeping more nights that not through the night- simply amazing given before I slept in 2 hour increments. If your not sleeping your not healing!

Today I began Reiki and Massage and simply WOW! Most of the time when I’ve had a massage I’ve felt like I needed another 30 minutes. Today I had a 30 minute massage with 30 minutes of Reiki. The massage was divine! I felt like I was on the table an hour or more before she even began reiki. I experienced many things during Reiki but the most fascinating was as she worked over my abdomen all the sudden I smelled and felt smoke and fire that caused me to start coughing. Then pure and utter relaxation. While I’m not healed I’m lighter, feel taller, I am less tense and not experiencing the same degree of pain at this moment. She has been in practice 17 years, was so kind and simply amazing. As I sat up on the table, first thing i noticed was the clock that said 1:11 💫✨❤️

I’m going back weekly for a month then shifting to monthly. I can’t live with all this pain- It impacts my emotions and as an empath who works in a field that is constantly experiencing serious trauma I need release. When I think of all the money wasted over the years the wrong things I can make a decision to invest it in the right things.

I seriously considered switching to Providence but after hearing how bad they messed up with all these cancer patients I’m grateful I didn’t! I hope all the patients SUE SUE SUE! just terrible people told they didn’t have cancer to find out a year plus later the pathologist that read the report was wrong. You play with my life I’m coming for your pockets at a minimum

Providence Health and Services is reviewing some laboratory results from a doctor who is no longer practicing at the hospital system.

2023 taught me that when you least expect it your greatest fear will come into fruition, and against all odds you will not only make it though but you’ll grow to become a better version of you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. You will take losses only to learn not all losses are losses. Life happens and will keep happening until you take your last breath. Family will always be your greatest source of support. When the love is genuine it never dies. Living a life of servitude isn’t glamorous but it’s always worth it. God wins every time! At the end of every year there will always be another chance to start new and try again. Wishing you all a truly blessed 2024 💋

How old is your oldest investment account? I started investing in my retirement while I was in college still working in the restaurant industry. By the time I graduated college, I was already fully vested and rolled the money into an IRA. It has grown substantially, and today I woke up, feeling accomplished combining my investment accounts into one. At nearly 48 years into this journey of life, my focus is on traveling and living a good, retired life to ride it out. It’s crazy to think I’m 18-20 years from retirement 👑

Out of all the things I’ve learned from my grandmother through my life, I wish I had asked her to teach me how to quilt.

When people come and shop the estate sale they will see what appears to be a mini fabric store in one room of the house. This was my grandmothers life passion and she is very talented therefore we are tooting her horn loud and proud and displaying all the awards she’s won over the years so people understand this is a gift we are sharing, and she is sharing! There are multiple quilting kits available as well as fabric on fabric on fabric. Please share and reach out if you’d like to come by and I’ll send you the address.

On her behalf we will be making a donation to the Mt. Hood Quilt Guild once the sale is over.

Trigger warning….Men’s mental health is equally as important as Women’s.

Toxic Masculinity defined: “a set of attitudes and ways of behaviour stereotypically associated with or expected of men, regarded as having a negative impact on men and on society as a whole.” Oxford Dictionary

Statistically males complete su***de 4 x more than women although women are diagnosed more often with depression and anxiety. Social stigmas and internalized expectations of “masculine”behavior play a role in this disproportionality. Men are less likely to speak about their mental health or seek help.

STOP telling men to “man up”, and boys that only girls cry. Language is powerful and this type of language perpetuates stereotypes and is literally killing our boys and men.

SYN-ergy is a gift from my heart and soul to yours. It's been said in sacred geometry, "the seed of life is a symbol of blessings and protection passed on from one generation to the next. It is commonly worn as an ornament of fertility for women during pregnancy or while trying to conceive." In an often chaotic world we don't take the time to demonstrate self compassion. Self compassion is becoming your own best friend and treating yourself with the same compassion we give to others. There is ample research to show the negative consequences our bodies face physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When we don't care of ourselves we can not serve others optimally. Our bodies become plagued with illness, our minds flooded with negative thoughts, depression and/or anxiety that can set in and spiritually, we can either fall out of balance or completely abandon our spiritual practices. We become tired, easily irritated and overly stressed all wreaking havoc.

SYN-ergy is the combination of multiple energetic substances that are intended to support and nurture the soul. All of my products are handcrafted with quality ingredients that are ethically sourced. Collaboration and community is a core value at Syn-ergy. This shows up in who we contract with for goods, collaborative projects and events as well as human connection. Participating in community events is a way for us to come out and share our gift with others, at times collaborating with other healers such as massage therapists as a means to provide the most holistic experience. One of my favorite researchers on human connection is Brene Brown who defines connection as, "the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement and when they can derive sustenance and strength from the relationship." Without human connection our MIND.BODY.SOUL is not supported.

SYN-ergy is a product line that is forever evolving. We currently hand crafted Soaking Salts, Balms, POTIONS, Body, Bath, Massage Oils and Tub Teas. All of our products are made with doTerra essential oils which are certified pure therapeutic grade to provide maximum benefit. As a consultant with doTerra my purpose is not to push or convince anyone of the power of their oils. They speak for themselves. My goal as a doTerra consultant is to share information with people who have an interest and let you decide as the consumer.
